The only thing I regret about the experience is that I didn’t get LASIK years ago. As someone who doesn’t deal well with things near my eyes, the experience couldn’t have been less stressful. Everyone was friendly and nice. From the lady that greeted and checked us in. Also the two assistants that walked us through all the preliminary eye test. Dr. Davis as always did a phenomenal job and took the time to explain all the results and treatment options. Ms. Belinda was very helpful and patient in our eyeglass selections and fitting. The cashier was also very personable. Our whole experience at the Eye Center was amazing.
Love the one-to-one care in selecting glasses. Michelle was patient helping my teenage daughter select frames that fit her face and features best. Would have been five stars except for the price. Some of there frames are a little pricey, but the do have all of the name brand and higher-end designers.
Always a pleasure coming to the eye center. Dr Hernandez is Amazing! Very knowledgeable, always takes the time to explain, and he is fully bilingual! The staff has amazing customer service! Great Team!
Fantastic friendly staff. Dr Oliveras means so much to me . She is completely fabulous. She just “gets me” and continues to help and trouble shoot my eye care needs in a way that way that works for me and my job needs. She listens and together a plan is put in motion. Dr Hernandez is also amazing and has helped me as well. They are both highly skilled, kind, and patient. They care and don’t treat you like a number. Jen , the contact coordinator is fabulous and delivers time and time again. Great team dynamics. I’m so grateful to all of them.
