  Today was my first visit, they were amazing. As soon as I signed in I was called to the back. I only waited there for about 3 minutes before the doctor saw me. Dr Jessica Davis was one of the most professional and nicest doctors I’ve ever used. I was in and out of there in about 15 min. I highly recommend and I’ll be definitely be going back if I have any problems in the future.

  Was referred here by my Dr to have some moles checked out. Went in nervous about what they’d say. However the staff and Dr were all great to make me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. I ended up having two moles removed and they made it quick and as painless as possible. I’d recommend them to anyone and will be back.

  I brought one of my consumer J D. to Advance Dermatology because of some skin issues. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. His appointment was at 9:45, (we arrived early) we were in the back almost immediately.By a little after 10 we were leaving. … we were very satisfied with the visit.

  Dr Bender is always good to me. He’s in and he’s out. It’s not a very long appointment, but it’s not designed to be which I appreciate because I have a job and I have things to do. He always follows the letter of the law, but anything he can do to help you up to that point he will do. A lot of the other dermatologists there don’t take Medicare or Medicaid. Dr Bender does. He’s good people. One of his employees told me that he’s the number one dermatologist for African Americans in the state. That should mean something.

  I had to make my 4 year old an appointment, and he was treated so well! We didn’t wait too long after appt time, everyone that spoke to me also spoke to my son, and they gave him a big stuffed animal to keep. Overall, we received great care and would definitely recommend.

  Took my daughter here. Very rude staff, they called us to the back and she closed the door on my child as I’m trying to push her wheelchair through the doorway. Get to room, same lady rolls eyes and makes disgusted faces the entire time. Let me state this lady was in her 50’s. I will say the Dr was super nice and gentle with my non verbal special needs child. Still waiting 2 yrs now for results from skin test. Told they would call in two weeks. Needless to say we went elsewhere for her treatment.

  So I called in as a new patient. They wouldn’t schedule my appointment without insurance, even though I had the letter prefix and I was in the insurance companies system. I told them it would be in effect in literally 5 days. They told me to call back on Nov 1st. After some back and fourth I managed to get an appointment date, which was over a month away. So in essence, they were going to have me call back 6 days from today only to tell me it would be longer than a month before I could be seen. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll find another dermatologist to spend my money with.

  The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Susan I talked to yesterday to try and cancel my appointment because I had an emergency come up and she just laughed in my face and kept getting an attitude with me. I work 12 hour night shifts and I tried to call multiple times 2 days before my appointment and nobody answered. When I can call about an appointment is very limited due to the times and days I work. But they don’t seem to understand that even though she stated she ‘understood.’

  I love Sunrise Dermatology and Skin Cancer Surgery Center! I changed dermatologists, and I hate that I waited as long as I did. They started me on a new treatment plan including Vtama, and it is a game changer for me!

  Since this is going on Facebook, this is Danny’s wife Frances..Danny says, “Dr.Cary Dunn was very good and performed the Skin Cancer Surgery on his hand in a timely manner. Dr. DUNN was very easy to talk to..and since this was the first time Danny ever met him, he had a great bedside manner that put Danny at ease.” We both Thank Dr.Cary Dunn for removing all the Cancer and Pray it won’t come back.   This was the best dermatological experience I’ve ever had, from the beginning to the end. For starters, I was able to make the appointment and do all the paperwork online which was very convenient. The wait time was less than five minutes in the waiting room and less than five minutes in the exam room. The nurse practitioner, Brittany Johnson, actually looked at my skin, asked me questions, and listened to me, unlike other dermatologists I’ve seen elsewhere. She took the time to make sure the medicine she prescribed was covered by my insurance, and she prescribed a medicine that actually works. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mobile Dermatology.

  Dr. King has treated me with ALL the respect and understanding you would hope for from any doctor! Not only is she beyond thorough with your presenting case in her office, she also is highly motivated to achieve both a causal understanding for both herself and one in which she can convey to her patients.
