While the staff was friendly and quick to assist, on my first visit the initial testing was completed incorrectly- and the Doctor told me my corneas had changed shape and that was why they could not get an accurate prescription and i would need to see a specialist. I went back three days later for a followup to see if it was actually due to my eyes being dilated and not a corneal issue. Turns out the initial testing was supposed to be done without my contacts in-which the tech said nothing about. I happened to mention it offhand and the tech assisting me for the second visit apologized and stated I was supposed to complete without contacts in my eyes. WE completed the testing again under the correct circumstances and I was able to get a proper prescription, however no further comment was made by the Doctor about the shape of my corneas or being referred to a specialist as had been previously stated i needed during the first visit and seemed a serious issue. I ordered the new contact prescription with the receptionist at checkout and they stated they would arrive in a week. As of Monday it was two weeks and I had not heard anything, so I called in. Apparently my contact order was never completed and had to be resubmitted. No offer to expedite was made although the receptionist did sincerely apologize.
I would also add that the wait times for both appointments were lengthy-the second visit was over an hour before I was called back even with a set appointment.
While the staff was polite I do not feel it prudent to put my eye care in their hands again due to the mistakes made and lack of explanation or followup regarding the specialist referral as well as the mishaps with the contact lenses order and the testing.By C C (5 months ago)The staff was nice and friendly but I had 11 o’clock appointment didn’t get call to the back until 12:05. I was having a worrisome eye symptom and was given an immediate appointment. When I arrived, the check in was easy and I was seeing the doctor in no time. All the staff and Dr. Patel were professional and kind and made me feel comfortable and know I was in good hands.

Hurry up and get there before the appointment time. Then sit and wait for 30 minutes. Patients time is also valuable. Especially when the patient is in pain. Please do better scheduling. Take into consideration patients time means something.
I found the staff to very stiff and not very friendly. Not rude but at the edge of rude. Waited for over an hour to be seen by Doctor who went through my appointment like a whirling dervish. This happened last time I was there but I wanted to give them a second chance. I won’t be back, will find a new provider.
There is definitely a scheduling issue. My appointment was at 3:00pm and I left the office about 5:15pm. The technicians that perform the initial tests are very good and my doctor is very thorough and efficient. There needs to be a better process for scheduling patients to eliminate the waiting process before and during the appointment.
