Receptionists are courteous and professional.
Chris does the intake and initial testing. He’s been there for 25 years probably. Chris is there most valuable asset in my humble opinion. He has always helped me select my glasses, contacts, etc. And will always go above and beyond with customer service or to help adjust, fix, dial in, or make things right!!

The doctor was usually pretty abrupt, for lack of better words. The office staff, I thought, were great. My son kept having the same break in the same place for many pairs of glasses. So I sent the one pair in and paid for another out of pocket in March of last year, received April. Paid a pretty little penny to have an extra pair and was told there was a warranty and that, since there was no change to his vision, would be fine. I called today because of the havoc of covid and being home, my son often did not wear his glasses and I have been managing quite a bit on my own during this time, just like everyone else. I call to get replacement frames for my son to be told they don’t take his insurance and apparently won’t hold up the warranty for a transaction made with them because the prescription expired and they won’t talk to me about it unless I want to come in for a full exam out of pocket. Cool
Ok. Send me all the information via email so I can go to the source of the warranty myself since I can’t talk to you (the person I am fairly certain was the actual doctor based on the voice) to which they agree and only send me the expired prescription. The prescription that expired 3 months after buying glasses out of pocket because I was told there was no change and no need to be seen for awhile. If I remember correctly, it was like 18 or 24 months I did not have to be seen? But here I am, a kid needing reading glasses, with frames broken under the eye. In a frame that cannot be glued because of the break’s location, with glasses that were not validly his prescription 3 months after the purchase. With no call to schedule or let me know the prescription had ended, even though we went in for the exam with no changes. I paid money and was scammed because they, first of all, didn’t tell me it was an invalid prescription. Secondly, they won’t hold up their promise of a warranty because I don’t have their desired insurance, even though this was a transaction, not a doctor visit. I see Dr. Benham, She always dilates my eyes, and gives me a very through exam. They have a machine which blows that necessary puff of white powder, so it is not so bad. I have had it done manually, after cataract surgery, Believe me, the machine alone makes the trip worth while. Dr. Candi is seriously the best! She is so personable and helpful and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Finally, I didn’t get any “upsale” or be hammered with the nickel and dime to purchase additional services or lenses. Great experience!
Not only was my doctor thorough in checking my eyes, she was thorough in explaining anything and everything I’d want to know. She also was helpful in selecting a frame style.
