The customer Service at DR Dental is just great. They respect your time by taking care of you as soon as you arrive there and the dental care is beyond expectations. The personnel is just the best that there is. I highly recommend them.
my first cleaning here was so sloppy my lips felt more sore than my teeth afterward. whoever they hire to do their schedule (it’s not regular employees) does NOT know this place’s hours or holidays. I’ve had to reschedule 2 cleanings at the last minute cause this place closed early or the doctor called out that day. I wasn’t warned ahead of time. I found this out walking in. They rarely answer the phone. MOST of the staff here is nice but they need better management. I was told they’re short staffed but I’ve had issues with this place for 2 years and I’m done
also: they do NOT answer their phone unless you dial 1 for new patient even if you’re not a new patient. they don’t check voicemails either.
After a traumatic mouth injury, I called Dr. Dental and received an appointment that same day. Walking in as a new patient, I found the staff to be welcoming, polite, and caring. Dr. Molly Burnett was super nice. The response time of putting her extreme knowledge of the specific type of procedure to use to save my teeth from falling out was mind-blowing. She was quick, on-point, and explained everything in detail. Dr. Burnett is a ROCKSTAR! I was in so much pain when I walked in, I walked out in a little less. I highly recommend Dr. Dental to anyone and everyone looking for any dental needs.
I was happy with the overall experience until I was referred to Dr. Dental in Revere for the next day for a Scan that does not cover the procedure through my insurance. Lynn Dr. Dental knows what insurance I have and still sent me to Revere. When they call Lynn and ask her why she sent me she said she tried calling me numerous times after I left and she already made the scan appt. That they don’t except my insurance. She never once called me I showed them in Revere my phone not one call or message do not lie on me. Your mistake you own it. I take my 5 back for Scarlett the receptionist she needs to own up to her mistakes I could of been stuck with a big bill.
