I have since the first time I spoke with Dr Faye felt very comfortable and more like a friend than a patient. Now His son is in the Office and has adopted his Father’s same personality. I don’t think I have ever been to an Eye Doctor that has treated me as Well. The whole staff at the Klamath Eye Clinic should be commended for their services to the Patients. You are All Amazing

Fast and professional. I was in the building working on their phone system when my nose piece fell off. I sheepish approached a nice lady at the desk and asked if they could
possibly replace it. She took my glasses and returned shortly with two new nose pieces
better than the ones that I had on and much softer, I asked to pay for the service since I had not purchased the glasses there and she said it their to not charge to anyone who is thought that was great. I offered to pay for the nose pieces and she said and she said it was their policy to help people out and not charge for that service, that pretty much sold me on that business. Recently I was seen by my optometrist and was recommended to see the Dr at Klamath Eye Center. They were fast and professional and diagnosed my cataracts.

I always appreciate having Dr. Mark Fay as my doctor. One time I saw Dr. Johnathan Fay. And Dr. Stevens kindly took on my elderly mother 10 years ago and diagnosed and treated her glaucoma. Dr. Mark Fay diagnosed mine after my precious ophthalmologist had missed it. Though it seems like I have a different tech every time I go for my pressure checks, all of them seem very professional and courteous. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is last time I had to wait over 1 hour after my appointment time for a room to open up.

Dr. Fay and staff at the office and surgery center were five star! Professional, personable, and caring. The results of my cataract surgery are unbelievable, can’t believe I can see so we’ll without glasses, first time without glasses in 50+ years. THANK YOU!

Everyone was very helpful. Dr Faye was thorough and explained everything. There were people in the waiting room unmasked or improperly masked. Many of us are immune compromised and this should not be tolerated.
It seems that every doctors’ office uses a different EHR and has different web portals. Having to create new accounts with every provider is frustrating.

I am 45 years old. I have always had good vision. Close up has been changing the last couple of years. Lately I felt like something was in my eye. Almost felt like sand or dust. So I messaged my friend Janice who manages the Cataract and Laser office. She worked me in that day even though they were slammed. They did a very thorough examination. Unfortunately it was not just something stuck in my eye. Dr Jarstad informed me that I had Cataracts. I was devastated. With working in dental offices for 20 years I was nervous about surgery with a newer Doctor. They assured me that she was really good and they were right. She was amazing. I have not had any pain and I was surprised how bright things were the next day. Remember the medical offices have been hit hard since covid so do not be cranky if you have to wait. Just remember they will also give you quality care and sometimes that makes the schedule run behind.Trust me they are worth waiting for. Thank you Dr Jarstad Janice and all the other amazing staff. I am so grateful to be a patient to such a wonderful office.

I can, without reservation, recommend Allison Jarstad, D.O. as a surgeon for your cataract care. I found her to be professional, caring, understanding, and extremely skilled. She took the time to explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I felt that she truly listened to me and my wishes, gave her honest opinions, and I had an extremely positive outcome as a result.

I’m pretty disappointed in the “care” I’ve received. I’m just getting gaslit from the doctor.
I’m 43 now & went in last year for a singular black dot in my left eye vision that doesn’t float.
Standard tests revealed nothing. The Dr. told me he could do a spinal tap for infection and an MRI, but those were “too invasive, so let’s just wait and see if after 6 months it gets better or worse.” First FAIL. MRI is not invasive to me & would offer peace of mind. I didn’t show signs of infection so I noticed that spinal tap was a generic answer, and that he actually doesn’t know anything beyond basic care.
Upon the 6 month revisit, the Dr. just walks in & announces with no questioning that at my age, pupils take longer to dialate & retract & he suspects that’s my issue (not at all why I’m there) & with 20/20 vision, there’s nothing they can do. He then does the eye exam & says they look dry, here’s some eye drops to try, pick my favorite and start buying them. 👌🏻 Obviously, someone just had a meeting with a vendor & wants to push nonsense.
Nothing regarding my initial complaint was addressed because he didn’t know & my insurance doesn’t pay him enough to find out.

Pretty easy job. Just show up & never learn anything again.

I think Dr. Allison Jarstad is the best! Within a month after following her instructions and taking her prescription my eyes are much better. My eyes were so dry they felt like something was under my eyelids and now the don’t. I am very thankful for seeing Dr. Jarstad and getting her good help.

I recently (August 2022) had cataract surgery done by Dr. Spaulding. He also put in stents for my glaucoma. What a wonderful and caring crew at the surgery center. Everyone was so thoughtful and nice. They explain things in a very calming way and I really wasn’t nervous.I highly recommend Dr. Spaulding and his crew. The improvement in my eyesight is amazing!

My first visit to Benson Eye Center was for a long overdue eye exam. Everyone at this office has been great. They found an abnormality with my optic nerves so I had a couple additional tests and they were able to exclude glaucoma. Getting my new glasses here was easy and the prescription and glasses are perfect. My husband was also very happy with the Doctor and staff. We will be going back here for sure.

Great eye doctor and office staff. Expensive but at least they have time to get to know their patients not like the main office where your just another patient… Get in line and wait then pay your bill and leave. Any doctor who archery hunts in the high county is All right in my book…. Almost $500 for visit after insurance paid there part. Glasses and contact lenses

They were quick to get me in. The doc, and assistant were very nice and professional. Great place when you need care. And they told me i could go elsewhere for cheaper glasses. Most people try to sell you there stuff only. I was able to go to Walmart and was given a great price

Check in was quick and they had my info folder right there. I was a few minutes early as my appointment was at 1:50 but after sitting in the waiting room till my wife was finished with her appointment and looking at new glasses I was beginning to wonder if I had been forgotten. Seems my folder had others who arrived after me placed in front of mine.
Once in the appointment went smoothly and efficiently.

This was my first experience with Benson Eye Center and the service was excellent! I found the staff to be helpful, quick and efficient. The glasses department does a great job of helping you find the perfect pair and when my dog chewed up my brand new glasses they were able to help me replace them at no charge! I highly recommend this eyecare center.

They truly care about your vision and you. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to explain my results. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve (to see a crisp view of the moon). They answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed or that they were either. The pricing was reasonable for frames and a good selection to choose from. I received a 20% discount for same day payment. I was sticker shocked that it was so low. I was expecting my average costs of $600 but I walked out paying $380. Hands down the best experience and the best prices. My entire family is leaving our old vision provider. Thank you for your services.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor I saw explained as she did the exam and took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Basin Eye Care!

This place has discriminated against me and kept me from getting glasses 5 years now and two appointments later. Seriously. I do not recommend this place. The doctor over- dialated my eyes to the point of blindness knowing I had to drive myself to other appointments. All for no prescription in the end of two visits. They actually had the nerve to tell me it’s because I said I wouldn’t use lubricating drops which I never said. I said I didn’t have dry eyes but had something in it continually. I was verbally abused here and also physically seeing as I had to limp in there in severe pain several times for nothing. I even called ahead and was told my prescription was ready and I could pick it up. Then they treat me rudely and say they never said that..two times and three years apart the exact same story. Very abusive and discriminatory. I was also told by the supervisor that I should be expecting a certified letter to ban me. I will be following up with a complaint. If they just had a record of the last time to save me the abusive situation. I really feel they enjoyed it.
