  My visit from the beginning to the end was awesome. The staff at the front desk were all positive. If you were having a bad day, they definitely would change that. The smiles and positivity is contagious. My visit with Dr. David Powell was awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable and listens to what you have to say. He gives you information clearly and actually cares. The nurse was very detailed and made sure not to leave out any details. Dr. Powell is by far one of the best doctors I’ve had. He makes you feel like a member of the family and is very humble. I hope Dr. Powell and this staff remain at this facility. One visit and you will be hooked wanting Dr. Powell to be your primary care physician, but you may have to settle for him being your dermatologist, which is great. Overall, I would say 110/10 visit and I will definitely go back again. I highly recommend Sanova Dermatology with Dr. Powell. If he leaves, I know his patients will follow.   My first consultation went well! I was very pleased that I was sent a reminder via text messaging and phone call. Time frame and pricing was exactly as expected. Dr Powell and staff was very informative and easy going. Atmosphere and work culture at the Camellia Drive location was top tier. Very clean and neat office. Plenty of space for lobby seating and in patient rooms.

  Receptionist welcomed me like i was part of the family. Nurse Lisa was very professional yet very friendly. i was very comfortable with her. Dr Powell was also very nice but very professional. His bed side manners were better than a 5 and his explanation was great. Ms Lisa check me out and she was very professional and also friendly. She knows her job. Wish i could give more than five.

  Dr. Powell and his staff at Sanova are the very best! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I always leave feeling heard and confident in the treatment plan they propose for me. I am in and out in a flash but never rushed into a decision. Such a great atmosphere for any Derm need. 10/10 recommend!

  I experienced no wait time. The staff and nurses were warm and efficient and Dr. Powell had a great bedside manner. He seemed confident in his prognosis and yet thorough enough to send a sample for confirmation. They put me at ease, and I experienced no pain. Thank you Dr. Powell and Sanova.

  The best team and Dr. I could have asked for. I’m new to the area and it was a great relief to discover how approachable and caring Dr. Chapman and his team are. An outstanding experience.

  I had Mohs surgery this morning. My appointment and subsequent surgery went extremely smoothly. Everyone involved were superior professionals. I had ultimate confidence in Dr Chapman.   I have never had a good experience when it came to seeing a dermatologist. A lot of times they would just never listen to me but not was definitely not the case with Dr. Budden. I had started to see him right after I got engaged to get my acne treated before my big day.
  Dr Budden did more than just treat my acne. Every visit was like hanging out with a friend. He listening to everything I would say and listened all of my concerns with not just my skin but just life.
  His professionalism was top tier and I honestly could not recommend Dr Budden enough.

  Dr. Drew is great! She is very thorough. She is really good about answering all of your questions. I’ve only had 2 visits with her so far. I’m glad I found her. I’m off to a great start in conquering my skin concerns. The longest I’ve waited has been 15 minutes before getting into a room. I do arrive 10-15 mins before my scheduled time just in case any paperwork is needed to update.

  Dr. Blair contacted me day before yesterday expressing his apologizes to recent encounters. He then confirmed that his nurse was going to contact me the next day, so far I have not heard anything. Dr. Blair explained also that what happens with his office personnel falls on him, totally understandable. But I feel when their is no consequences for how or what they do they will continue to do it. He also felt they are not racist, as I myself stated to him they show that they are racist on how they express themselves and what they say behind close doors. In my opinion I feel that the gentleman that started this issue, office manager, and the lady that is in charge below the office manager need to be terminated immediately. If they are not it will continue to happen. The reviews before me shows and proves that office personnel is very unprofessional. But Dr. Blair overall is the greatest doctor you could ask for. But he had a better office team he can become a superstar in Dermatology.

  Lafayette Dermatology has office manager/supervisor that are how can I say this does not like to help African Americans with issues. They are very rude beyond. The last visit I had in person was very disturbing and felt as if I was being profiled. I then complained to my Dr. which he is a good doctor. But the office manager contacted me stating that the issue would be handled and I would be contacted back on the resolution. I was never contacted back. Today I called over in ask to speak with the office manager which I had to call over 3 times and had to speak with the lady below her. She was very rude in not even caring about my issues as a patient. Then I tried to speak with Dr. Blair Budden which is my doctor in was not available. The gentlemen up front that was assigned to answer phones knew I was calling because he knew I had the issue with him profiling me as a black man. After he profiled me that day I sat down in watch for about in hr in he never profiled the white patients that came across the desk to check in. If anyone reads this know if you are a African American the gentleman up front will profile you and nothing will be done from the office management. I was told by my doctor Blair Budden it be handle in nothing was done. If anyone has a recommendation for me on what I should do next let me know. Know that we matter also

  Dr’s were good but the billing dept. Sucks! Never received a bill for two months then surprisingly got a letter from a collection agency. When you call and leave messages about billing issues, they don’t return your calls, you have to continuously keep calling and hope they pick up.

His wife also works there, and when she saw my mother walk in struggling with her walker, she told her not to sit in the lobby and took her to an examining room. She later walked out with us and helped mom get into our car. Both are extremely caring people!

  Had a horrible experience with this office. I made an appointment to get a boil lanced. Went into the appointment thinking it would get done that day, but instead, he just examined me and told me to make another appointment after they confirmed my insurance. So stupid me, i make another appointment. It gets canceled the morning i was supposed to go by the office. Have to reschedule. Made an appointment, then called back to say i can do it sooner, the receptionist says fine, great. Call the morning of new appointment and she says” we don’t have you down for today” She was the woman i spoke to the first time and she doesn’t remember changing the appointment. Ready to scream!!!

  Pleasant and courteous office staff, but patient/physician communication leaves much to be desired. Dr. Daigle only wants to write scripts and speak of matters not pertaining to medicine.Complete waste of time and will be seeking services of a new dermatologists. Again, office staff and nurses are great!!!

  Dr. D. is thorough in the exam for skin cancer. and took all the time we needed to discuss my needs. He made excellent suggestions, and made an excellent referral for my 92 year old father who needed more extensive surgery. I recommend him to anyone seeking care.

  Apparently Mr. Daigle is an expert on all things military. He informed my wife that my job is to get men in uniform to enter rooms at random with nothing but women and children in with them and to open fire on all of them. Obviously I know this to not be the case, but I find it extremely unprofessional for a wack job skin doctor to push his uneducated opinion during appointments when people are seeking help.

  This is also the second situation I have heard of where this man has crossed the line with matters that do not pertain to his profession.
