  Dr. Sloop was very forthcoming to questions I had. I weighed my options and went with the best solution for me.

  Her staff is very thorough getting your history and examined all aspects of reading the charts. Ms. Tammy dilated my eyes and Did the initial exam of the pressure of my eyes. Dr. Sloop did the rest of the examination thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Sloop and her staff.

  Dr. Sloop and her staff have worked diligently to diagnose my glaucoma. The results of eye pressure testing have warranted a “stronger” eye drop. This drop is working so that I can feel confident that my condition will be stopped where it is. Testing also verifies that there is no macular degeneration to be concerned about.   Precision Eye Care is the best place to get an eye check up , as soonest you enter the place you see two beautiful ladies smiling at you ready help you , everyone there is very polite. My kids and my self we are patients of Dr Tim Klugh, he is very polite and I love that he always takes his time with each patient to make sure we get prescribed what we need , he really cares for his patients, before he leaves the room he makes sure to answer any questions and concerns you may have and that’s why I highly recommend him .   So I recently had my annual eye exam appointment at Albemarle Eye Center. The staff there was both very patient and accommodating with me the entire visit. Dr. Klugh has an excellent rapport with his patients and always makes direct eye contact with his patients. That’s the mark and measure of a man who knows himself and it puts me at ease.   I arrived on time to my appointment. After waiting for several minutes I was examined. I was then led to a reading room that was packed with people waiting to be seen at the doctors. They gentleman next to me complained about waiting for over an hour, and several other people joined in. As I waited for several minutes a few people in the office began coughing in this crowded waiting space. With Covid being a problem at this time, I do not feel safe and left the facility.
  During this time that we are fighting a major pandemic, I thought it was very irresponsible of the staff to book so many people and have them waiting side-by-side in a confined waiting area! Very bad medical practice.

  Very good customer service always. I walked in to get my son eyeglasses . The manager of store Mrs Crystal Boyd was excellent she got me an appointment with Dr Kirk the same day which my appointment was on 11/23 and Dr Kirk is a very good eye doctor and very professional. Also I had Ms Jasmine that help me with my contacts with ordering them and billing she was excellent as well she knows what she is doing very good customer service.   Reception has no idea what they are doing. Took my father for a surgery they “couldn’t’ locate my payment”. The worst attitudes. The nurses and doctors there should have better judgement when it comes to procedures they can’t handle. Instead of placing customers on hold and coming up with solutions they transfer you to voicemails to get a “call back” The worst facility!!!!!

  I find that right now that the staff is very accommodating and friendly.
  Check-in is quick and wait time was fast.

  Since I posted this last message I have now had two cataracts removed this year.

  I am more than pleased with Dr. Prenshaw and my procedures.

  I do not have to wear glasses which I have worn since I was 18 years old. Now I am in my 70s and no glasses except reading glasses but that is no problem.

  White Eyes Associates is a 5 stars in my opinion.
