Finding right eye doctor can be challenging. Especially if your prescription keeps changing. I’ve been having issues seeing near and far distance. Dr. Idrizovic took her time and gave me a bunch of contact lenses to try it. I wanted to read signs far distance while I drive but I also wanted contacts that I could read and scroll my phone with no problems. During my second appt, I told the doctor the contact brand and prescription I liked. Dr. Idrizovic took her time to explain my eye prescription plan and gave me some free samples until my order arrives home.

Long story short – I’ve been in desperate need of a new prescription as I had a medical procedure in July and one of the medications affected my vision. So you could say I needed this to be resolved with URGENCY!
I went in for a appointment at the beginning of August and was given contact lenses to try out. They were not the same lenses I’ve been using for the past 10 years because the doctor said “She didn’t like them” I was happy to try the new ones out but they didn’t work for my eyes. I call and let them know, they have me pick up different contacts, those didn’t work as well. After trying over 5 different lenses they finally agree to let me “try” my old lenses again. And they did work in terms of the irritation (shocker) but the eye correction was way off and I couldn’t see correctly when I wore them.
HERE IS WHERE IT GETS MESSED UP..
We book on appointment for me to see the doctor on a Monday at 4PM. I get there and the front desk tells me they called me on FRIDAY asking me to call them back (I never received a VM) that the doctor wasn’t there so my appointment was cancelled. (I had to leave work early so they could tell me I wasn’t going to be seen). ( IF they actually called me and I didn’t call back, why wouldn’t they call me on Saturday or Monday morning??) extremely rude and inconsiderate of my time. SO we booked a consultation over the phone for the following day… THE DOCTOR NEVER CALLED.. at this point I was annoyed and upset with the treatment BUT still, I called them AGAIN and told them I never received a call from the doctor.. She books me for another virtual consultation and you’ve guessed it.. NEVER heard from the doctor, or from front desk or from anyone.
I used to refer family and friends to this office but will never again.
Its been almost 3 months and I still don’t have the correct prescription. I will be calling the insurance company and filing a complaint as well.. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!By Ana M (5 months ago)

So I email her instead, she doesn’t help and refers me to Carolyn Morales who also doesn’t help and keeps telling me they’re waiting on my insurance. Now I’ve already been playing phone/email tag with these people and my insurance for 2 weeks. My insurance has tried getting in touch with them and they too only get voicemeil.and now they won’t even respond to my emails . Mind you I’ve already paid $500 for a service they won’t allow me to schedule. I shouldn’t have to be doing all of this, these people are playing with my vision and don’t seem to care at all. Do not pay the docusign until you get the cpt codes for your procedure and reach out to your insurance first or go to a different place. Both of the individuals I saw today (2/21) were so nice and welcoming. This was both the doctor and the girl who did some of the tests before I met with the doctor. They were really, really sweet and helpful with any questions I had. They explained everything I needed to do clearly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely come back for another eye exam in the future 🙂
The employee who took care of my sons pre exam was excellent. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and made it fun. This was my sons first officially eye exam and it went smooth thanks to him.
The customer service is top-notch. The staff members were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The optometrist was thorough and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the eye exam and addressing any concerns I had, I even had the chance to see a picture of the back of my eyes.
I‘ve been going here for two years now and am super happy. Staff is incredibly friendly helpful. Dr.Lam is very knowledgeable. I feel very taken care of here.
Very wonderful and caring staff! This is the best experience I’ve had at an eye doctors office. I saw Dr. Jane Lam, she was very kind and made the process of using contacts after 7 years without using them in a process that was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
