  My shopping experience was in the cosmetic department, and the young girl working there was very helpful. First she acknowledge me and asked if I needed any help. At first I declined but ended up asking for help anyway. I asked if her she can please help me find an item that I wanted 2 of. I could only find one and she was determined and succeeded my request. I cant Express enough of how much I appreciated her help. 12.27.22. 6pm

  The layout of the store is amazing it’s easy to find everything and Some of the staff is supper friendly. Sometimes the clothing areas look a little messy but someone is always there to help tidy it up. The lines are way too long. Even self checkout is always packed. There are never more than five registers open, excluding self checkout.

  Just spent 1 hour & 26 minutes at curbside. I called 3 times and each time was told I was 4th in line. No apology, nothing but surly attitude. Finally asked for Mgr and was told they didn’t have one

  They have a wide variety of items to purchase. I have found that it’s better to go either early in the morning or late at night. They have several Self Checkout stands. It sometimes gets stuck and I need to wait for an employee to get it started again. If I can’t find something in my experience the employees have always been willing to direct me to where the item is.

  How is great. The only thing I’m concerned about is they keep changing some items from part of store to the other part of the store in the food market area. It seems a design that to have customers go up and down each aisle where they didn’t want to or not. It’s most inconvenient for disabled veterans or disabled people in itself because you get tired and you feel much more pain from the extra walking Most people want to go in and get their stuff fast. And shopping in the big photo store where the clothes and everything is they take their time.

  I wish I could give this place a -5 star rating if I could. I bought a pair of sleep shorts the other night that clearly had a tag of $9.98, but when I got to the register, they rang up at $12.48. How are they going to ring up at $12.48 when the tag clearly says $9.98? Talk about greed. They’re over there trying to be sneaky and mark up prices thinking customers wouldn’t notice. If a tag says a certain price, aren’t you supposed to sell them as advertised? Then they had the audacity to tell me to “come back tomorrow because the customer service is closed.” I’m sorry, but do you know how much the gas prices are? Are you going to reimburse me? I think not. Walmart seriously is a greedy corporation. BEWARE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOUR TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE AND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE, you might be paying more than you bargained for.

  The ladies at the pharmacy, our guest the best in the world! 🙂 I came up here to get my grandson’s medication, for pink eye, and I was in the wrong place. I was at the drop off, instead of the pickup. She still help me out, it took care of my order right then, and there!!! That’s why I love my HEB 🙂 because here everything’s better!

  Don’t come here for cat supplies. This is always what their shelves look like. SOMETIMES they have the wet/dry food you need. Majority of the time they NO to little choices of liter. Honestly shopping here is hit or miss on the majority of items. In a pinch for items, I would recommend any 3 of the Target
  Locations up the street from this location since this Walmart keeps their shelves pretty empty.

  Pets department.. BEST FLEA SPRAY.. Adam’s flea and tick killer spray works on contact! We tried every spray, powder, remedy etc but this one worked instantly! Definitely recommend!! As soon as you spray it the fleas jump right off of them and die!And it lasts for 2 months!! Read instructions carefully. Best 11 dollars I’ve ever spent!

  Here’s a strange thing that happened to us at WalMart today. We purchased two TOY SPLATRBALL ORBIS GUN for $45.00 (approximately) for my two boys in the TOY section and one of them was defective. We went to return it back with the receipt for an even exchange and was told “sorry sir went cannot take it back, it’s considered AMMO.” At first I smiled and thought she was playing around, but nope she handed me my receipt and told we could not be helped. So if this “TOY” is that dangerous why is it being SOLD in the TOY section without a buyer beware or a sign telling you it is a final sell? Epic fail for #walmart off of Blanco road here in San Antonio, TX. “It’s considered AMMO!” 😳😳incredible WalMart. We contacted the maker of the SPLATRBALL GUN and they were great and understanding and advised us it was a problem with “them.” They sent us a FedEx return label and was going to ship us a replacement. Walmart you guys really need to alert the consumers before you get ahold of our $45.00. I’m sure some people have faced this before and didn’t know about calling SPLATRBALL for support. #splatrball #orbigun #walmart

  Then you have to go home and get an ID when it doesn’t make sense.
