- Reviews:Everything is overpriced. You could find a score in the clearance section, but you have to really like shopping to go and dig through the unorganized racks of items to find something discounted. AND once you’ve seen something you like- that particular item may only be discounted a couple of dollars. If you have the money- great! Have fun at Kohl’s..By Kaylene (3 months ago)Ok Well I like this kohls because it has a bigger variety and selection. But what I don’t like is being followed by security the whole time I’m shopping. I went to Kohl’s with my boys to look for a top for myself and for my boys and I like to take my time looking through the clearance racks. But security obviously didn’t like that and followed me around the store it was obvious and made me feel really uncomfortable. I purchased my boys shirts but I doubt I will go there again .By Deborah Aguilar (a month ago)Excellent service, great in inventory good selection and low pricesBy Rafael Martin Sr. (a month ago)Every thing in that store is on clearance I would’ve never have left I would’ve stayed there until they closed that’s how much clearance was being run through that store that is perfect. Get in there before I go back and get everything that’s nice Hah Hah HahBy Laura Thomas (Thefreemovement) (5 months ago)This store has been pleasant to explore and shop at every time that my wife and I have come here! The inventory they have is fantastic and the seasonal items are great and a lot of fun! We were able to pick out a ton of great items for our newborn daughter the last few trips. They make buying and returning things purchased in-store and online really easy and we’ve never had an issue. This store is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful, and we will absolutely continue coming here!By Chad Chapman (10 months ago)

Thank you for reading! If you have any additional information about the Kohls in Sacramento CA, please leave a comment below. We would love to hear from you!

Great store however for some reason there were a lot of flys in the parking lot, which is strange. The side entrance was closed so you have to enter through the Sephora main entrance, which is new btw. To me it seems like a strategy to get peoples attention, even though there’s a huge sign outside that says kohls + Sephora. I really enjoy coming here, the store is always clean inside and restrooms are super clean so kudos to cleaning team. The shoe dept. was unorganized. The display shoes didn’t match shoes below. And nobody was there to help us. Need more cashiers, and Typically the staff here is helpful but idk what happen today.
I’m giving it five stars because I bought a tortilla press, which I’ve been looking for, from there. I was going to buy this rinkydink plastic cutter that chops up your vegetables but they wanted $65 and it was made of plastic and really rinky dinky. But I’m still giving five stars just because they had the tortilla press. That’s it, thank you.
Manager rude just because I asked if I could use a coupon on a jacket! Was in there on 03/05/23 at 3:17 pm while she was barking orders to the cashiers in a harsh tone! Felt like telling her be glad your employees showed up, be greatful, so many don’t put put up with such treatment for so little money! I have a Kohls credit card I haven’t used in over a year almost 2,and I had not been in there over a year, cause of covid, also I shop on-line with Amazon for everything. She reminded why brick and morter stores are becoming a thing of the past!
I went into the store to buy some baby clothes. I found what I wanted. As I walked past the cashier area I over heard the customer in front of me ask about the discount for using your Kohl’s card. The cashier told the lady that it was 20%. When I walked up to a cashier I asked the same question, but I was told 15%. I decided to go put the clothes back. But then I decided to get them anyway because they were a gift. I walk to the counter in the back and was then told there was no discount.I then ask to speak to the manager. The cashier then ask if I want to continue with the purchase and that there is a 30% discount. I said no and that I would just like to speak with manager. I explain what happened to the manager named Bertha. Bertha said that there is no discount. I asked her if she heard what I just told her because I was offered it twice and another customer was also offered it.(the other customer had a $4 balance on her card so I’m not sure if she purchased or not). Bertha said that she would speak to the cashiers because there is no discount. This experience made me feel as if I was not a valued card holder. Why is there a difference in what is offered? I was trying to avoid the mall, but ended up at JC Penney. I got 5 tshirts and a 3 pack of onesies for $37. I have been overlooking their baby departments since my granddaughter was born a yr ago. I won’t be closing my Kohl’s account but I definitely won’t be using it anymore.
Great place for cheap shoes. 60-70 for under armor. Great towels and shirts. Limited adidas selection.
