a month agoI got the highest choice of carwash available. When I exited the car wash and pulled over to a vacuum spot, I had to wipe the front and back of the car because they were not clean. It looked like the brushes did not even hit certain areas of my mid-sized sedan. I was told that my plastic floor mats would be fine for the floor mat washing machine. When I went to the machine, my floor mats did not fit. Thus, they could not be cleaned. If I realized how much was going to have to be done after the car wash part of my visit, I might have just gotten the lowest prices option. It is nice that they provide glass cleaner and cloths. I would say that the service is average, I might go again for a quick, cheap(est) wash.3 weeks agoAs I was being directed into the car wash their was a scraping sound followed by an immediate correction by the kid directing the drive in. I had a scratched rim and reported it only to be told that the video footage showed the back rim didn’t get scratched there but I didn’t get to review the footage myself. The car wash also failed to clean fresh bird poop off of the middle of the door panel. Definitely a waste of money.4 months agoPretty good car wash, seemed to do a decent job cleaning the car. There are more vacuum bays than any other car wash I’ve been to. Will definitely be going back there when my car needs a wash and need something done quickly.4 months agoThis is a nice place with free air and vacuum pumps galore. But I paid $8 to drive through the car wash part and my car was not washed well at all. Oh sure the windows and mirrors are better(ish), but the actual body of my car is still dirty and looks like it did before it was ‘washed’. Not a great first impression and I will not be back. Just a waste of $8. The Auto Bell on East Broad in Statesville is much better. If I could I would ask for a refund.3 months agoNot always consistent. Sometimes they use the powerwashing brush, with the switch for soapy water, and today for example, they not only had one person spraying water out of the hose without a nozzle at all, but they were using their finger to pressurize it. Not sure the last time I got a great wash from here. They are convenient, but I may need to look for a new go-to place.

2 months agoI would be embarrassed to say I was the owner of this s**t hole. I have been bringing my mothers car here for her many years and I have noticed a decline in employees and management attitude. They could absolutely care less about Customer Service, they try to be professional for the business but it’s not working. They seriously need some in-house training. They totally act like you are a bother to them for being there. Don’t interrupt their side conversations and giggling or you will get the side eye! I took my mothers car back to her and she takes it for a ride the next day and calls me and asked where did you take the car to get cleaned son. I explained the same place we have always went. She said do not ever go back there. We will find another place to visit that wants our returning business. I told her that’s fine by me, and I could not agree more by her decision. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere that will appreciate your business.2 months agoGood afternoon. My name is Adam. I just visited your location about 20 minutes ago. I have been coming to your location for years. The last few visits I have seen a big decline in service and quality of service, and today was the final straw. I purchased an express detail for $70. I get that it was on the warmer side and you were shorthanded, I do really get that since I worked in retail for over 20 years. Today’s service was really unacceptable. The interior (ebony leather) you can easily see what was missed and what was not missed has brown smear marks in the back and front seats (I have plenty of pictures). The express wax was never applied. The rubber mats were just hosed down with water they are still very dirty (driver and passenger side). This place needs new management or it won’t last much longer3 months agoWent with “Professional full service car wash” they didn’t perform what needs to be done. Dirt’s are everywhere outside, inside, wheels. We need to tell them and point where it needs to be cleaned. They are so ignorant. Remember you are not doing it for free. Management needs to take this seriously else you are going to loose all the customers.3 years agoHorrible experience. My fiancé took my car to be detailed due to a battery leaking in my back seat. They barely treated the stain at all and then didn’t actually detail the test of my car and it cost us $80. Then we call and speak to the manager “Flip” and he says he’s going to make things right. Has the detailer call me the next day and she says she thought she was only supposed to clean the back seats where the stain was. That’s not what we requested. We requested that plus a FULL INTERIOR DETAIL which I did not receive. After sending pictures and emailing with Flip he assured us he’d call and get this taken care of. Then never calls us back, doesn’t respond to texts and the car wash doesn’t even have a voicemail set up. Never take your vehicle here as the employees and managers clearly don’t care about their customers.

I was very impressed and satisfied with Kings of Car Care Mobile Detail and Wash. The two associates who detailed our vehicle arrived on time, were very friendly and worked hard during the entire time.
The two went right to work and had incredible attention to detail. They answered any questions I had and promised I would be satisfied with the results. Two and a half hours later I was more than satisfied. I could not believe they would devote that much time to getting my vehicle detailed, especially in the 95+ degree temperature.
I was getting my car detailed to place it for sale. After getting this work done, I increased the asking price. Thank you King of Car Care! Very satisfied customer.
