- Reviews:We have been taking our son (now 6yrs old) here for three months and he absolutely loves it. The coaches are all very detailed with instruction and very professional/ knowledgeable. All of the kids are focused in class and you can tell each enjoy coming and being there. It is also a clean facility. Even more than what my son is learning it is a great community feel for the students and even parents too. The mats are brand new and the place is very clean. Professor Jose is phenomenal. His knowledge of jiu jitsu and MMA is astounding. He’s a high level competitor and has been for years. The classes are well organized and it’s very cool you can wear whatever gi you want here. Training partners are awesome. Everyone just wants to get better. It’s clear this is Jose’s passion. Often times he’s there late at night helping you work on different aspects of your fight game. For what you get his membership prices are awesome! My teenage son started BJJ a few weeks ago and we have been extremely happy with the experience so far. It’s his first time with martial arts and all of the professors and instructors have been so amazing and patient with him. We love that they have a teen class too so he can roll with his peers. We’re looking forward to his growth in this practice.
We have all four of our children here and they are doing great. They are not just learning BJJ but also other physical abilities, social skills, and behavioral skills. They encourage academic achievements, as well as goal setting. I would fully recommend Strong Heart. They offer a free trial class as well so come check it out.
Love this program! Age 7-12 and Teen classes are packed with instruction and awesome instructors that are obviously experienced working with children. Facility is clean, kids all take direction. I see my son learning so much, we’re very excited to be getting started!!!
I started coming here roughly 1 month ago. The environment is great and both the coaches and your fellow students want you to grow and be successful. This is one of the few gyms where the vibes are always good and egos are left at the door. If you have never tried and are interested, or looking for a new gym this is a great spot.
My son enjoys being at Strong Hearts. He is a beginner and a teen and they offer classes that pertain to him. He really likes the fundamental and teen classes they offer. Everyone there from teachers to other BJJ students are welcoming and supportive in gaining skills and improving the art and sport of BJJ. When you are there you feel like one big family. I highly recommend Strong Hearts.
