5 months agoThe people are amazing and helpful. If you need maintenance no matter time of day. Your apartment comes furnished and you take home your towels. Great place to stay while waiting on on a home or to make it your home. I was sad to leave but my new place opened up. You can get your mail and packages. Pretty impressed with the service. Front desk was understanding.5 months agoIt was the most affordable extended stay type facility. The staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful. My only wish is for the office to be open later, as I sometimes do not get off of work in time to secure a room for the week. I made a reservation recently, and had to go stay at another place for that night because the office was closed. I was told that the office was closed when I called the after hours phone number. That was a huge inconvenience, but I I had no choice. Outside of that I didn’t have any complaints.4 months agoYou can have no privacy here as there is no “Do not disturb”. You are required to get a room inspection once a week and there are weekly “maintenance ” entries where they give you a 3 day widow of entry so you have no idea when they are ever coming in your room. After check in there is a long list of rules that ate not disclosed until you give your money. The uptight staff can basicly kick you out for anything, even this post. The company will respond and say that it is more like an apartment but since you have absolutely no tenant rights and they don’t function at a motel where does that leave the customer?…6 months agoThe head desk guy, red/brown bearded white man, was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. I had all the proper paperwork, I am a contractor and work thru other major companies subbing their jobs. My fiance had her license/ID stolen and hasn’t been able to replace it as of yet. He treated me as if I was scum and she was no one, an alien (country) or a criminal and said he would call the police and I would not get a refund and would be made to leave. Dude, if I had your name, I’d make sure everyone knew what you did, especially if you’re married or have kids. Real life POS. We’re American you stupid, arrogant and disgusting piece of a man. Explain yourself again when I come with legal recourse. ????????????2 weeks agoThe guy at the desk with beard The police dropped off a mom with a son in wheelchair and wasn’t able to get there yesterday but pastor paid for her room and he called the police I’m going to keep calling until I reach corporate

Front Desk Staff is exceptional!! The most courteous and friendly I’ve seen in a long time. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping was constantly present and working hard! Room was super clean and comfortable. Swimming pool very clean and water a nice temperature.
Will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we’re in town!! Highly recommend.
So we tried to stay there in a double queen room for 4 of us. We had a family and friends discount because of who we know up the chain. First room we tried had a strong hair dye smell, the carpet was coming up by the bed, the outlet by the bed wasn’t working, and wallpaper was coming off the wall. Asked for another room and the outlets worked and it didn’t smell of hair dye but the AC was not working at all. It was 80 in the room and wouldn’t go lower. Went down again to ask for something else they didn’t have anything else available…. And we’re being very rude about us having a discount on our room and wouldn’t let us upgrade to a suite for a higher price.
Ended up leaving and they still charged us for the night even though we were there less than an hour. Because we “checked in”. Won’t be staying there again.
Typically my stays at Hampton Inn get Five Stars, and on occasion will get Four Stars. This visit gets just Three Stars. I had no hot water on my second day, therefore I took two cold showers. My other other complaint is that the trash can out front at the entrance was overflowing when I checked in. The next day the trash was still not emptied and the trash was blowing around in the parking lot due to the trash can not being emptied. This leads me to think that this particular Hampton Inn is not well-maintained.
On the other hand, my room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, therefore I was able to rest. Too bad there wasn’t hot water.
I skipped breakfast, but it seemed there wasn’t very much to choose from so I just grabbed a coffee.
Driveway to this motel complex needs to have far better signage. Was very hard to find, while driving west from I-35.
However, once that problem was solved, my stay was superb.
Very friendly, accessible front desk staff. I really enjoyed my greeting and warm experience with Lula, the manager.
Per my request, they checked me into a quiet room, upper floor.
Due to their exceptional customer service and my clean room, I definitely give this motel 5 stars. And if in the area in the future, this motel tops my list.
It was..ok.. gentleman at front desk was friendly and helpful but the room needed help. A/c offered only cold moist air for the room which made things damp by morning and the room muggy feeling all night. Also, cleanliness is very important to me and I felt it was done poorly. We had a room with 2 queen beds and for one of the beds, the top sheet under the comforter had speckles of dirt and hair. When I opened the 2nd bed to crawl in, there was a huge toenail clipping in the middle along with hair. The floor looked like it needed a vacuum at the very least. The end table between the beds had fingerprints and dried water stains from the previous occupant. You could see where an attempt was made to wipe it down but was not successful. The shower tub had a soap dish that was filthy with yellow scum and hair. I should have asked for another room but we arrived late and everyone was tired so we pushed through. It’s not the worst but definitely below expectations for a hilton property.
