a month agoJust, wow! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a car wash as clean and well taken care of as this Scrub in Marlboro. All the equipment appears to be well maintained and in excellent shape. I recently met the manager Jeff and I have to say, besides being extremely handsome, is a stand up guy. He takes great care of this place. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into this immaculate facility. It’s obvious that he takes immense pride in his job, his staff and the atmosphere at this location. 2 weeks agoHad a bit of a mishap today getting an oil change, I realize mistakes happen but this one could have resulted to costly damages to my car. Kelvin made it right. The reason I’m writing this review is because of him, I’ve been going here for at least 10 years for oil changes, He’s an honest man, hard worker. 2 months agotoday I went to change the oil in my car at this gas station and asked the guy who was changing the oil to show the car’s oil dipstick so I could see the color of the oil and if I had really put in the amount of oil needed and when he showed it to me the dipstick the oil was very high it didn’t even look like they changed the oil and the oil level wasn’t correct.. it seems they use reused oil..I even took a photo I don’t recommend this post to change oil

Better than average car wash that I’ve been using for the past 3-4 years. I have tried their interior cleaning services too. If you need frequent interior cleaning, try their basic interior. The unlimited plans are good and worth it if you like to do a car wash more than once every month.
Excellent service, friendly people, good results. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s just the nature of an automatic car wash, it missed a few spots of bird poop here and there but overall the car looks clean.
I do appreciate the efficiency of the car wash and the towels and window cleaner station at the end. I would definitely go back.
The nicest car cleaners – they do an excellent job and the price can’t be beat. I always got the $45 interior clean and $11 car wash. It’s like my car is brand new each time!
Jonathan was extremely helpful in all ways. There was an issue with my gift card which he handled, he actually offered to drive my car through the car wash because he noticed a disability I have, he made sure I wouldn’t have a problem with the flashes in the drive-thru, went above-and-beyond with some extra dirty spots on the car, and he was very pleasant, sensitive, and patient during the entire experience. I was extremely happy with Jonathan’s service and hope to see him when I return.
The Boston area is very expensive when it comes to car washes. I guess people in Boston are accustomed to these prices. Where i lived before in Middletown, NY, a quick machine wash of the outside of the car only was under 8 dollars. At Scrubadub, the same quicky is around $20.00. Takes getting used to. Still, compared to other car washes in Boston, ScrubaDub has better prices. They also have some better deals like a monthly membership that keeps the cost a bit lower. They do offer special cleaning of the inside of the car so that you can do deep cleaning if you need it. The self-service vacuum is inexpensive, but the vacuum nozzle is too wide to fit between the console and the seats. So you can only get wide floor areas and seat tops. Still, it is better than nothing. Overall they are a very good service. Their employees were polite and patient when I asked questions.
