Very efficient establishment, it took me longer to fill out the paperwork than it was waiting for my name to be called. Everyone was really friendly and the DR. provided me will several options instead of just getting my tooth extracted. They needed me to pay $95 upfront for the extraction, which was very reasonable. Upon searching my car for my wallet I realized I left everything home. I believe it happened for a reason, So therefore I will be considering the other options!
Been there today and the wait time is almost 2 hrs. Total time spent 3.5hrs for cleaning appointment. Ridiculous! And before they even check out my teeth they already decided not to do the routine cleaning which is what I came for. I’m so disappointed and I asked for refund of the in-house plan. It’s a waste of money and time. They can’t even get their booking straight! First I booked them few months ago for same reason I went there and they don’t have me in their schedule. Long story short they want more money and required deep cleaning. I will not recommend this place if you value your money and time!
This place is AMAZING!!! I went in on an emergency visit and was so distraught about my temporary crown falling out. It was day before Christmas and was so happy to have found this clinic. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and the dental assistant was the sweetest and made me feel comfortable. They all did great job and the dentist who worked on me was also very gentle and explained everything in detail . Great work and absolutely couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. FIVE STARS all the way!!
The dentist and hygienist are pretty good / no complaints there .. but the office staff – good riddance! Came in for crown, scheduled follow up for the porcelain tooth to come in, the day came & went no one contacted me and I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Finally had to come in office to check on tooth – front desk lady arrogantly states I already had the permanent tooth without even investigating- mind you I was charged the total allowed for all 3 parts of procedure prior to- so no mam it is not the permanent tooth. We get through that .. they bill my insurance and get paid by them and still has my 790 dollars! I’m still waiting for my refund as they currently have me double billed ..I keep having to drive down to the office to actually get assistance.. last (more polite) receptionist advise they were aware of doubling billed status and would resolve their accounts in 30 days which would’ve been early Dec .. it is now the NEW YEAR .. and I’ve heard nothing of my refund and still no answer on the phone …. What a disgrace
Raleigh – All of my appointments are always before 5pm because of my insurance.. They always take more than 30 minutes to call me back when I show up. This time, my appointment was at 4:15pm, I got there at 4pm.. I waited an HOUR.. before I was called to the back. The dental hygienist was friendly and did nice work.. I didn’t see the doctor for another 15-20 minutes and then, there was supposed to be someone else; that’s when I said enough. I am a college student so my time is precious as I have other obligations to attend to. A dental cleaning shouldn’t have been as long as my process was. I was in the building for 2 1/2 hours.. almost 3! If I didn’t go find someone to check me out because I was fed up. I’ll be finding another dentist even though this one is convenient for me.
