My mom left her purse (with some cash in it) hanging on a cart. When we returned in 10 minutes, customer service nicely handed it to us! We appreciate all Kohl’s workers and customers! The cherry on a top: after Kohl’s we stopped at Ross and I got literally yelled and cursed by a cashier! It seemed to her I snipped a receipt from her hands. Extremely different experience in two stores! Thank you Kohls! The area is very busy during back to school, the area is clean and parking is easy, but everything seems a bit disorganized. The music is just quiet enough to be nice and the staff is good. Everything feels really on top of each other.
I had an Amazon return to drop off. I was in an out within 5 minutes. I had zero wait at customer service. The associate back there was quick and took care of everything on their end. I presented the return label codes and that was it. The store appeared clean.
No heads up …When returning Amazon, merchandises to Kholes…No more $5.00 off it’s now $20.00 off ????????Besides that..Always great customer service
Friendly and helpful staff. Nearly no line around 5pm. Also is an Amazon return location. Amazon returns are in the far back left of the store.
Store was fine, but self-service order pick-up is terrible. If I’m picking it up myself, why is it at the back of the store? I understood when customer service processed the pick-up, but now it seems like a poor location, especially when only one entrance is open.
