I came in because I had a problem with my phone. Today at 230pm. I spoke with Adam, the sales representative. Before I finish telling him the problem, he started to look for any excuse not to take care of me. He mentioned that I needed to go the apple store. He didn’t take the chance to look at my phone and he was already sending me away. The store was empty and I was the only customer in there. It wasn’t like he was busy. He mentioned he had an appt and 230 but it only takes two seconds to look at the phone. He didn’t even bother to do that. But if I was going to add a line which I was after I fix the issue with my phone, he wouldn’t be so quick to push me away. Customer service sucks. I won’t be going to that store again.
