- Reviews:Batting Cage Staff is horrible and rude. I called for over a week and no answer to their phone. Left message and no call back. I decide to just go in person to see if I can rent a cage for my son to practice. I paid for a cage and the staff member tells me to go tell the people in the cage that I rented it so they have to get out. He got upset with me when I said that is your responsibility not mine or I can rent a different cage if needed as I do not want to put anyone out. He rolls his eyes at me and says you tell him. As we spend time in the cage, when our time is over, he never let us know and had another family tell us it was there’s now not ours. Such a disappointing experience when all I wanted to do was teach my son how to hit. The way the cages are setup you constantly hit the back wall as they placed things too close together. The pitching machine was fine and overall cage concept was good.By Kristi Braverman (2 weeks ago)We have been patronizing this location for years. Today we walked in and one of the machines was once again broken. Mind you, we have had problems well over 10 times over the years. I made the comment to the person behind the desk that this stuff happens pretty often when we come up here and spend our money. She says you can call the owner and if you don’t like it leave. I had one complant and she literally went off the deep end and got smart and told me to call the owner. I’ve heard nothing but bad things and dealing with the owner. We’ve had teams over the years that have tried to rent this facility out and could never communicate with her and get things worked out. In making the phone call to the owner she says they only have one person who can work on the machines in the area and if I don’t like it I don’t have to come back. What a shame they have such a great facility and obviously they get complaints all the time for them to just be so upset from the get-go. I highly suggest that if you decide to go to this location make sure you call first and make sure all of the cages are working properly. They constantly have cages that don’t work properly. Good luck.By John Boylan (11 months ago)Great looking fields, never been here before..????????????By Allen (a year ago)The fast pitch machine is always at your head or higher. I tried 50, 60 and 70 all the same. This is the third and last time I will come here. It’s a waste of gas and money. The “manager” is less than helpful and doesn’t care. As someone who just moved from Southern California it’s incredibly disappointing.By Sheena Weatherly (11 months ago)Cages are awesome with a good variety of pitching speeds. However, my experience here has been ruined. I’ve came here the past 2 Thursdays and the front desk workers are extremely rude and do not care about you as a customer. I called and made a reservation for the slow pitch machine from 5-6pm. We get there at 5 and the women I spoke to on the phone said that she had me on there from 7-8. I told her that’s not what she said earlier on the phone and she did not say anything back and did not offer to help us (8 people) out at all. Instead we had to leave because she overbooked and had moved us from 5-6 to 7-8 without informing us. Will not be coming back.By Kasey Kinsey (a year ago)

- Reviews:If I could leave 1/2 a star, that would be appropriate. So unbelievably disappointed with this business! We reserved a cage for my 6 yr old daughter. After I paid $20 (for 30 mins, which is outrageous for a 6 yr old, but we paid it). Then we were told the pitching machine was broken! Ok, well then I want a refund and was told the staff was “ineligible” to give refunds because he was NOT the owner! We asked repeatedly for a $20 bill they refused and told us we would have to contact someone next week to discuss a refund. This whole horrible experience took over 20 minutes and we left with NOTHING. My 6 yr old left in tears and my patience was spent. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for this to be a difficult situation. The worst customer service on the planet. And all of this could have been avoided with a cash refund.By Alison Williams (4 years ago)We love sending our son there for lessons. He has been going there for 4 years and loves. Matt Wilson and his staff are pretty awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.By Joseph Totten (4 years ago)Took my 7 yo boys today. Neither have ever hit a baseball but they had a BLAST! We all did. Sabrina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We spent about a half hour and really worked up a sweat. They have Powerade, water and drinks for sale at a reasonable price too. The kids are already asking to go again. Kinda hot as there is no ac. A few more large fans going would be the only suggestion I would make. We will go again!By Kimberly Valentin (5 years ago)I second the horrible customer service. They allow you to pay to use broken equipment. When you ask for a refund because the service you paid for isn’t functioning properly, they refuse to provide you with a credit. My brother took his daughter to Legends to use the pitching machine. They allowed him to pay for the pitching machine and then told him it was broken and that he should just throw to her himself, which is not the service he purchased. Then they refused a refund to him. Way to accomodate, Legends!By Kelly Jones (4 years ago)Great place, great atmosphere, great staff. Matt Kinsey has been an excellent hitting instructor with my son. Tommy up front is awesome.By Chris Smith (2 years ago)

Always such a great time with the family. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff has always been very friendly! I’ve also really been impressed with how clean everything is kept! My daughter’s really love spending time at the playground and it is in such a great spot that I can still watch the game and keep an eye on them at the same time!
I had a work event and found parking quickly and the seats are comfortable. I really enjoyed the scenery. Only down side is they didn’t have a cash bar and it was pretty pricey for just a rum and Coke.
We had a blast! Clean, easy to get around, friendly staff. Concessions were a bit expensive (didn’t used to be).
This is a very exciting team to watch right now. McLain, De La Cruz and Encarnacion-Strand all have major league talent. They are explosive and can score a lot of runs. I saw De La Cruz hit monster home runs from each side of the plate in the same game. It will be fun to see these guys playing for the reds soon.
I had a great time. It was sponsored by a school I was attending but loved it. No bad seats, cheap beer and food days, awesome atmosphere. Just try it, its cheap enough you can leave not have internal guilt.
