2 months agoPeople that work here are awesome. Manager is a cool cat. Everytime I come in he stops to say hi as well as a few others there. Im in there at least a couple times a week so they make sure to take care of any concern I might have, if any. The 5 star wash seems to be better quality than the previous ” Magic Wash” . The products soap/wax that is used now seems to be a lot better than before. Its nice now that they have cleaning products as well as micro fiber towels that are provided now to help finish out your cleanup. I was buying packages of micro fiber cloths before to wipe down my truck after I went through the wash. Its nice not to have to spend that extra money out for towels to take in now. Overall good wash and cool people that work there.3 weeks agoAlways a great experience. the transfer from magic cloud is very noticeable. The staff seems to enjoy their job. Playing music James always has a smile and a piece sign something you don’t see often at other car washes. The two brothers Jacob and Caleb represent this company extremely well. Always hustling to take care of their customers. I highly recommend take 5a month agoI recently joined the club. Could not be happier!!! I wash my car at least twice a week so I am saving money. Recommend purchasing the membership to anyone that loves a clean car. The crew are friendly and helpful3 months agoLove this place. They have a b1g1 on the $20 wash . Free vacuum and mat washers. Plus they have a really cheap monthly unlimited that includes all the towels and armor all products you could need! All with a personal touch and someone standing near by in case you need something. Just a good place to go all in one clean your car. Only thing I think they need is a carpet shampoo machine5 months agoThe best car wash I’ve been to used other car wash but not again lots of suds and the wheel cleaner is the best my car found it’s home lol and the attendance were very polite and professional in explaining everything about the car wash

3 months agoGreat friendly service. Staff was amazing especially Samantha Davis who was very helpful as it was my first time visiting 5 star car wash. She answered any questions I had and was very professional and knowledgeable of the service my car needed. The crew did an excellent job!3 months agoNice car wash, and the vacuums are free with a wash. However, I had to move my car 3 times to find a vacuum that would even turn on. The car wash itself did an okay job. The staff scrubs your car a little before the wash and hand dries a little after the wash, which is nice.3 months agoBest cash wash! Inexpensive and lots of personal attention to your vehicle! We are on a long road trip and this is better than any cash wash back home! Friendly and helpful staff!4 months agoThe ladies were very helpful and friendly. Not too crazy about the idea they were the only 2 employees trying to run the carwash alone. But they did great. Get them more help.3 months agoLove the car washes, I use Hal Greer in Huntington and Great Teays Blvd locations in Hurricane. I live in Milton would love to see one open in Milton in the field beside Sheetz!!! The monthly pass is well worth the money

What an amazing experience! I had never been and my car was ridiculously dirty. Great customer service from start to finish!! After I went through my car was still dirty simply because there was so much build up. Carey was extremely helpful and kind. She had us pull through again. And after that she manually scrubbed my car and then sent us through again. Afterwards my 8 year old and I spend some time detailing the inside using all the nifty little things they offer. I cannot say enough how kind and helpful Carey was. Will definitely be back and maybe even get a membership!!! Thanks ????
My experience here was really nice! The car wash is set up to be user friendly, and the staff member, Ashley was genuinely friendly and very professional. She even came over to ask how I liked the car wash and gave me an air freshener. Customer service is very important to me. Great job!

Barboursville, WV Take 5 Car Wash.. My truck has been through that wash 50 times or more and looks beautiful. No swirl marks or scratches … Finally an automated wash that does what we all wish for. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I have nren particularly impressed with Barbara and Ashley.
Automatic car wash. Polishing rags are available and a powerful vacuum. Very helpful employee named Barbara. Nice to be able to drive through and get good service and have the towels and vacuum available.
Nice, convenient location! The aesthetics and landscaping is well maintained! Lots of various subscription packages to choose from. The only downside is the recent mobile ???? app upgrades that makes it difficult for mobile app users to bypass the RFID tag at the gate.
Not easy to integrate mobile app with local store systems.
