a month ago-Went into the Kent car wash on 8/2/2023 with our new truck. -Noticed significant scratches on the hood & passenger side panel. – brought truck back to car wash & manager said he can’t see evidence of the scratches before or after the car wash. He said he didn’t think the car wash would make those kinds of scratches. He said he could offer $100 towards a buff job. – took the truck to the collision business, & they said it is from the car wash. They said scratches are too deep to be fixed with a buff job. The truck will need to be repainted.3 months agoFABULOUS! I was in Kent and saw a Brown Bear Car wash. I had never been to one so I decided to try it. OH MY GOODNESS! My car actually looked clean for once! The vacuums were also plentiful and powerful, making my job much easier. I am so SICK of worthless touch free car washes and after using this Brown Bear, I will drive the extra distance to a wonderful car wash like this one. Options to use tunnel car wash or use can use the self wash stalls. Happy customer

a month agoGreat self-service car wash! First tap of the credit card adds 4 minutes. Excellent pressure washer, foam, and brush. Was able to quickly clean the Tacoma in 10 minutes. Much easier than taking out the pressure washer and ladder at home.2 months agoIssaquah location, getting the “Berry Best” at a not so berry good price of $18. Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there’s really nothing cleaning the tires? They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car. But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30.Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.

I used the self-serve car wash back on Sunday, and it was fun to do and cheap to do. I’ll keep coming back here for my self serve car wash needs since this location has everything I need for a self serve car wash, I also sometimes use the tunnel car wash as if I’m in a hurry. I’ll keep coming back, that’s for sure.2 months agoI’m a monthly member of the Beary Best package at Brown Bear. While Brown Bear is one of the better options in the Seattle region, it’s actually quite abysmal compared to other car washes in the western USA (and yes, I travel all over the western USA and the world). My 2 star rating is for the entire chain and not just Issaquah. First off, the Beary Best is way more than other car wash top tier monthly packages and no free vacuums. Brown Bear is successful in the Seattle area since all car washes are so horrible in this region. If Brown Bear where to open outside of the Seattle area, especially in Eastern Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or California, there is no way they would survive. Will I keep my membership…most likely yes, since Seattle area has no other way to keep your car clean, and Brown Bear knows this that’s why they can be so horrible.

Vacumes lack suction about 40% of the time and I keep getting charged when i swipe my card to find out they have an issue. Also last week i paid for the brush wash and it was out of foam soap. Had to get up early to re clean and after 22 waisted dollars on the self wash the kid had to ask themanager if i could get a cheap drive through for free. To their credit they did as I showed photos but this isnt the first time ive lost money on the vacumes so while that was nice they need to maintain cacumes better because I clean my rental cars many times per week and im losing money.
Watch out for the scammers here, they take up a spot in the self serve and wait. Then they will come up to you saying that they don’t take coins here anymore and ask for your card for cash. Do not do it, I suspect they are cloning the cards. Has happened twice in a row since my last two visits. Other then that great car wash
Employees were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! All 3 employees that were on shift seem to be completely clueless as to what they’re supposed to be doing. We pay for the Berry Best package, supposed to get a prewash and spray on our vehicle before entering the tunnel which did not happen. I am 100% disgusted with this car wash!
GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Completely scratched the side of my Audi A7 will never go back. And still haven’t heard from upper management. Absolutely ridiculous.
I love that this car wash is unlimited. My job is located on a hillside in auburn and it’s so dirty. I use it daily!
