a month agoI went to Oil Changers this morning because my car was leaking oil. I wanted to know what was causing the leak. As I was waiting to drive in the garage I was having my air in the tires checked which I’ve been meaning to do. As I drove into the garage they quoted me the cost for a oil change which I wasn’t really intending to have done, In reality I did need it so I had it done. I’m glad I did. But…I still have the. Oil leak so they gave me a referral to a Mechanic to have the car further checked. I would highly recommend this place, as I watched the men work they were on their job, they were courteous and thorough. They work quickly and effectively, and I’ve always enjoyed that they are vocal amongst one another with the work ques that I presume are required by Oil Changers. It’s like watching/hearing the vocal ques of a kitchen team at a high-end fast-paced restaurant: “Heard” “Behind” etc. Thanks for keeping my car running smoothly!a month agoDemetrius is extremely helpful along with his team. 3 months agoDuring my visits, the employees are always friendly. Keep up the great work! For the car wash itself; my last view visits have been unsatisfactory. I’ve started to notice scrapes on the top of my car and I’ve even had a weather stripping completely torn out. For my $20 a month, I don’t expect top-notch quality car cleaning but I sure don’t want to leave with noticeable damage from the wash. I can see I’m not the only one experiencing this so I hope this is an issue that’s being taken seriously for the sake of returning customers. I just want to finish by complimenting the employees here; thank you for always making me feel welcomed! I give you guys a 5/5 Stars 🙂3 weeks agoGreat service, helpful employees, and very welcoming. Keep up the great work, guys!My only gripe is how close the cars get inside the car wash especially behind me. I get anxiety super bad when the car behind me gets too close to my rear end.
3 months agoI had the monthly subscription here for several months. I would only use it maybe 2 or 3 times a month and their car washes in hanford completely destroyed my car’s topcoat on the hood and roof of my car leaving it scratched up and no longer shiny. I’m not the only one this has happened to and they are aware of the issue but nothing is being done to make it right. I’m very dissapointed. Only giving 2 stars because the employees were always very nice.6 months agoI have two vehicles on the monthly plan . It appears to me the quality of the wash has diminished considerably. I noticed the foam is not as generous as it used to be. I noticed more water spots on both vehicles lately. The tire cleaner is not as shiny. Recently, the last car wiper cloth roller has been eliminated at the end. I will more than likely cancel my membership. Iam spending to much time taking the water spots off the vehicles afterword. Might as well wash the vehicles it myself.4 years agoLove this place. Great place to gety a wash and their vacuums are awesome

We like this Mister Car Wash and just grab the monthly for $19.99. Always friendly staff, great equipment to vacuum and dry/blow

Cons: I almost didn’t even add this cause everything else is pretty much cool. But the dryer when you come out of the car wash could definitely be better. We always come out with quite a bit of drip.

The car comes out with small white water spots all over. It’s ok to clean the dirt off, but if you want your car clean, you will have to waterless wash it once you have gone through their wash. The equipment will sometimes swing out and hit your car with reasonable force. My car has been damaged there.
This is the worse management I have ever dealt with!! I’m so frustrated having to deal with them over getting my car bumper plate fixed after their machinery went out! They gave me the run around for over 2wks on how they can fix the issue yet they have not done a damn thing but run their mouth on what they can do!!
This location Sanford is the Worst customer service. The workers there don’t take their job seriously. I pay member fee and every time I go to this location and I ask for my car to be brushed in the front they don’t even try to do a good job I have to go over twice and ask and them again they talk back to me like if it’s a problem that I go back . They don’t smile or look happy . That’s why I won’t come back to this location. The Deltona location by far has the best customers service workers there they act like they care and they are always smiling and I’ll be going there even if it’s far away from me.
Great service, helpful employees, and very welcoming. Keep up the great work, guys!
