a week agoThey have free vacuums for their customers. Also, the car cash is automatic, but not touch-less (I know some people prefer touch-less to avoid the potential for scratches in the paint). They give it a quick pre-cleaning before you enter the machine and afterwards, they wipe it down to help dry it when you exit. The staff is nice. I go through with my company van, and it comes out very well… I use the area Valvoline for oil changes on my work van and they often give out free carwash coupons for this carwash. A while ago, I went through the carwash for the first time in a long time and it looked like they had done and are doing some updates… They have monthly rates, which make it more affordable if you wash your vehicles often.3 months agoBe prepared for a lot of detail, I’m hoping this helps someone out who might be interested in doing business with this company.JUNE 2023

I am new here And I went today for my third time, the washes are really good!!
I joined last week for $5.32, which is the deal for The first 30 days and after that I picked the mega shine which is going to be $43.99 plus tax a month. You can go as often as you want and it pays for itself within the first two visits.
Free towel dry, free vacuums and a few other free items.
My car sits partially under a white pine tree and if you know anything about that you know that the pine cones drip sap. This car wash has been taking the sap off of my car, as long as I wash it within a few days.
I feel it is definitely going to be more worth it than paying for the every 3 months detail, I usually pay for in totals to close to $300 after I tip.
I get there between 10:00 and noon during the week and there is not a long wait at all.
I look forward to getting an estimate for an inside detail and after that it will still be worth it. ❤️

I scheduled a detail for Noon And because another appointment was done early, I was able to get in early. That was a great plus for me!
You do have to make an appointment, which I actually like versus having to go on a first come first serve.
ALEX did a fantastic job on detailing the inside of my car. He priced it at $70, I tipped $20 and I received 20% off because I am a monthly member, this equals an excellent deal.
He was very thorough and it took about 90 minutes.
They do not have a place for you to sit and wait, so I walked over to Starbucks and had a coffee while I played Sudoku And then I headed over to Home Depot and bought a couple of items.
After the inside detail, I ran my car through the outside wash and I am super happy!!!
With a tip I was paying $285 every 6 months to have a mobile detail person come to my home. He did a wonderful job, but this is my new place and I will now be taking advantage of this every few months.

I also want to give a review for customer service via email. There were a couple of tweaks and questions I had and they were resolved quickly and with kindness.

3 months agoI recently went to Purple Elephant what a wonderful experience! Easy in, free cleaning products with excellent cloths. There’s a light fragrance during the wash. Best addition, personal cloth dry! He was detailed drying windows and mirrors . Reece was wonderful! Highly recommend!2 months agoI have monthly membership with them for years. No complaints. Stopped by this afternoon to get a $17 car wash. Really want the undercarriage. $17 is the second best level. A bit pricey in my opinion. Not only did my car leave just as dirty as it went in, but the rain coming this week could’ve done a better job. I’ll note I did get the automatic touch less car wash. Next time maybe I should go for the self service.

A great and convenient place for getting a wash. The app makes it super easy to buy a wash and get in. Self washing is very reasonable in price. I wish the machines might get an upgrade to get full cleaned and dry. The auto touch less misses the entire right side of the car.
I’ve been using Class Act Auto Wash for a few years now. I like the fact that the car stays put while the equipment moves around the car. I use the Soft Touch wash and am always pleased with the results. I love the mobile app which makes it so easy to pay and also earn rewards. A couple of glitches were dealt with immediately on-site and to my benefit. Customer service is wonderful.
I brought my car to get tinted. The owner was so nice. They finished in an hour super quick.The waiting area was nice had a nice phone charging station. So happy with the outcome ! I Definitely will recommend their services. I also recommend the app to wash your car it’s fast and easy. Once you accumulate enough points for washing your car you can get a discount on tints! I loved that!
