a month agoJust a quick shout out to the two older ladies in the bakery- I didn’t catch their names but they were so sweet and worked SO hard on all the cakes/cupcakes she had ordered the same day as ours. It’s the only bakery I could get to answer so they definitely saved our baby’s birthday! ❤️3 months agoPurchases 2 bags of celery. They seemed to cut nicely, we put some p.butter on them, when we ate them was like eating weeds. I had a mouth full of strings that I couldn’t even chew up. Spit out five slices myself so threw out the rest! My husband threw them in the trash before I could get the pic. Ones without p.butter I’m gonna try and chop enough to feed my chickens.2 months agoNo help at all from the employee at self checkout when my produce is caught under the conveyor belt and being shredded. She just stood there staring with her arms crossed. I cannot get down aisles due to displays in the way when another shopper is coming down the other side. It is convenient and has been cleaned better than before.4 months agoThis was their last chance we used the pharmacy multiple times in the past and had to wait as much as three or four days to get a much needed prescription filled. We gave them one more chance prescription was sent in yesterday. It was supposed to be available in an hour I decided not to go that day and waste a trip because I knew it probably wouldn’t be filled. We waited entire day and came the next day, today as we’re leaving town and the prescription was not available, wasn’t filled. So we just won’t be going back to this Kroger again, the store is dirty, and dilapidated anyway.4 months agoIf you ever need to go to customer service good luck! They’re always closed and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. The attitude the employees have are ridiculous simply because you need assistance. I was in Kroger around 4:30pm and was told customer service is closed. I had to wait 15 minutes when it was a simple pricing error that could’ve easily been fixed. The front end managers are the worst! I ended up returning my whole purchase since Kroger don’t value their customers. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

The self checkout cashier with the blue eyeshadow and sunglasses is the WORST! A- she was on her phone/headphones yelling at someone , B- ignored everyone in line and C- gave us major major attitude when we asked her a very simple question. And then we heard her talking about us to another customer as we left- Crazy crazy- she is an embarrassment to this store
Just waited an hour and a half on pick up order, while every 15 minutes we were told it would be right out.
Order was not even correct and staff are rude.
What’s the excuse for the outrageous prices if you’re not using the money to keep food on the shelves and employees in the store? I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never made it out of this store without a nightmare experience. I stood in line at 3 p.m. for 37 minutes. Only 2 employees visible… I will stick with food Depot from now on. It’s not all shiny inside, but they at least have options and it’s not overpriced, and their employees actually work.
