The Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC) is urging our supporters to strengthen the BDS Movement’s targeted boycott and divestment campaigns to maximize our impact. We extend our appreciation to activists, organizations, and institutions worldwide who have shown meaningful solidarity in our urgent struggle to halt Israel’s ongoing actions in Gaza, which we view as a genocide.

By intensifying boycott and divestment efforts against complicit Israeli and multinational corporations, we can effectively make a difference. It is more critical than ever to end all forms of state, corporate, and institutional complicity with Israel’s regime, as our lives and livelihoods are at stake.

Grassroots Organic Targets

Grassroots-driven boycott campaigns have emerged, targeting companies like McDonald’s, Burger King, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and WIX, among others. These campaigns were not initiated by the BDS movement but have gained momentum due to these companies, or their branches and franchises in Israel, openly supporting Israel or providing substantial donations to the Israeli military during the ongoing conflict. This conflict has been described as an “unfolding genocide” by leading international scholars of international law.

It’s important to note that nearly all Israeli banks and the majority of Israeli companies have some level of complicity in Israel’s system of occupation and apartheid. Additionally, numerous international corporations and banks also have deep connections to these issues. However, for maximum impact, the focus of these boycott efforts is concentrated on a select number of companies and products.
