a week agoI haven’t even got the membership, and I was waiting to get one. I came at 5:40, and I felt invisible and was waiting to get it done; already 6:47 and still waiting, I saw three people getting their membership in a flash. I stayed quiet and didn’t say a thing and trusted that this is their process. This is a big red flag for bad customer service if you are trying to get a membership and getting ignored. I am already regretting getting this. Finally, after an hour, they told me it was too late; I needed to wait for my photo. I almost cried. I wanted to cancel already. They asked me to pay first, but I was treated like second class. I am assuming (I know it isn’t good to assume) that I am a mother and just getting a basic membership, I was treated like bottom of the pile membership. All my instincts told me to walk out. I just stood there quietly until, finally, they had the mercy to finish my application. I started at 5:40 pm, then got my membership with sarcasm from the staff around 6:57 pm. I was told they will close at 8pm. Let’s see if the rest of the month is worthwhile. I feel like I was the brunt of them having a busy and bad day and I was the shock absorber. Every product here is bulk and low quality selections. I am still debating the value and service if this is worth it. Oh, and I didn’t get any coupons or paper work or receipt from getting the membership. All I got is an app that I downloaded. Value wise, not seeing it yet.2 weeks agoDisappointing Experience with Rude and Uninformative Costco Door EmployeesI recently visited my local Costco store and was met with an extremely disappointing experience due to the behavior of the employees stationed at the entrance. Their rudeness and lack of helpfulness left a sour taste in my mouth.
Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted with an unfriendly attitude from the employees at the door. It felt as if they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than in assisting members. When I tried to state that I was going to membership to renew, I was met with dismissive responses that left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
One of the key roles of employees stationed at the door is to provide guidance and information. However, in this instance, it seemed like the employees Rosemary and I believe his name was Joe were uninterested in fulfilling this responsibility. Their lack of engagement and failure to provide accurate information made my experience unnecessarily challenging.
As a loyal Costco customer, I have always appreciated the store’s commitment to exceptional customer service. However, this recent encounter has left me questioning whether this commitment still holds true. Rude and uninformative employees not only tarnish the reputation of the store but also discourage customers from returning.
I hope that Costco management addresses this issue promptly and takes steps to ensure that those stationed at the entrance, uphold the store’s values of providing a positive member experience. It’s disheartening to see such a negative interaction overshadow what should have been a routine and an enjoyable trip.
In conclusion, my recent experience with rude and uninformative Costco door employees was disappointing and far from the usual standard of service I’ve come to expect from the store. I sincerely hope that improvements are made to prevent other customers from encountering similar issues in the future.
a week agoOver all I am satisfied which this location. Issues I have, parking is like every in n out hard to get in hard to get out. They need a better in and out (pun intended).Huge gas stations is a plus, they have propane another plus.
Snack back is ok that new mango smoothing is not good. It’s like the dry mango made into a smoothie.
The strawberry ice cream is really good. The vanilla and strawberry tastes like strawberry quick. Kinda wish they would do better on making in though.
Also the pizza crust is better then Sam’s club yea I said it.
a week agoIf I could give them a zero I would. Very rude, not helpful, couldn’t find certain items and no one could care. Then checking out my son was helping and she yelled at my son saying “no don’t move anything” I said “excuse me he’s helping for one, two he knows how I like things packed in the cart” then she throws up her hands and said “fine” stopped loading the cart and was very rude. This is why I shop at Sam’s Club. I have a business and never have I been treated so rudely. The employees talk to each other instead of engaging with the members in helping in any way. Very poor customer service, very disappointed.a month agoJust got my new Speedi for only $100! Sounds spendy, but not in comparison to everyone else. I wouldn’t have tried it, if it hadn’t been do affordable, and I’m really glad I did. In a week, it has replaced my air fryer, my crock pot, and my oven broiler!

Nice staff and very efficient service. Best place for organic and healthy foods.
Great selections and prices. Gas station so busy I went to Sam’s Club instead.
The samples of food are great. Those ladies need to be paid better as they are constantly busy prepping the samples along with having to be so pleasant, even when people get grabbed.
Aisles are easy to negotiate even in the motorized cart for the handicapped .
They could use a couple more carts as sometimes you can’t find one.
I traveled a lot for my career and have been in several hundred Costco’s worldwide. The Henderson store on Marks St. always impresses me given how busy the store is, and yet they get you out of there in a timely manner. They do a great job at keeping the items stocked, given the volume of people they serve daily. The store could use a larger parking lot but is landlocked at its current location. Overall, it is a great Costco.
I went at 10am when they opened and it wasn’t busy at all. Picked up my scrip & a few items in just a few minutes, then got their bargain $1.50 hot dog & soda. Didn’t even have to wait more than 2 minutes! Wish it was always like that!😊
Pray tell… what other sweet wonderland in this country will give a man a 100% beef hotdog and a lemonade for $1.50? I say unto you none! Where else can a fellow obtain double chocolate muffins the size of a toddlers head but more affordable than sand in the Sahara? Costco! Costco! Call out her name! Costco!
