  1. This will be the second time I’ve had a family member at this facility. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. The place is beautiful and clean. I toured other facilities and I’m just going to say that I’m happy and grateful that my dad got the care that he needed and the respect he deserves. Now my father in law is receiving the same great care because of my recommendation. I highly recommend Regency to everyone in need of quality care.

  2. I found this facility very neat and clean. The personnel were quite pleasant and my friend who is rehabbing here is progressing well with her daily OT and PT sessions.

  3. The housekeeping detail is always wonderful. Today it was over the top! My dad’s room was incredibly clean and fresh smelling, and the bed was made to his expectations. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for always being detail oriented and diligent.

  4. The staff on the Memory Care Unit is great! They have a genuine love for the residents.
    This facility may not have all the bells and whistles of some of the newer facilities, but my husband is safe and well cared for and that is what is most important.

    The manager, Luke, is actually one of the best bosses I’ve ever had and I was very fortunate enough to have him as a boss at Acts Park Pointe Village and I’ve never felt more cared for by an employer. He cares about each of employees equally and actually cares about their well-being. I definitely would recommend working anywhere he is employed because he creates a great atmosphere and if you think otherwise you’ve got other issues 🙂

    The manager Luke , doesn’t care about his employees he is very hostile when talking to his employees. He’s very disrespectful and would not recommend working there 0/10. Also I called corporate after this situation happened and they have yet to reach me back and it’s June now. they clearly do not care about their employees either. And anyone who thinks otherwise is just trying to make the company look better lol all my coworkers stated that they didn’t like Luke nor the way he ran things. he also has been caught in the middle of a lawsuit for how he treated my old manager who is a cancer survivor. So yeah 0/10

    My mother in law was there for rehab and the service and compassion was just unbelievable! We have been to other facilities in the area and there is just no comparison.

    Absolutely lovely place for seniors. My mom has been there for years, and now my aunt is there and loves it. The building is in great shape for the age. The grounds are kept up, and they inside is decorated nicely. I love the fact that there are activities that are hosted for the seniors, and staff is nice every time I come to visit. I also love the fact that maintenance request gets handled quickly. Its my opinion that for the price and size of the apartments, you are getting way more than you are paying for!

    Have had family live there for several years. At least the last 15 has always been a nice place until the last few months. They are infested with bed bugs if you have loved ones that live here call the health department and let’s get this taken care of!!!

    My mother has been living here for several years now. She loves it. The apartments and building is kept clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.they are very protective of thier residents. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a safe place for thier loved one or for yourself when you reach that age.
