  1. They cancel your appointment if you don’t confirm by text. It takes forever (up to 6 months) to get an appointment and they cancel it on you. If you think it’s just an appointment reminder in this text, it isn’t….Be sure to respond and confirm. This place is great if u have Medicaid. If u have commercial insurance, there is no sliding scale payment or payment arrangements like Google makes it seem when you are researching…nothing other than Care Credit like all Dentists have. If you have commercial insurance, go elsewhere. Fantastic for Medicaid. The Provider I had spoke very little to me and the Hygienist did all the talking.

  2. My visit here was perfect! I called early in the day to see if I could get in for some emergency care. I was registered as a new patient, spoke with someone at the office near me, and was seen and provided the exact care I needed, all before noon. I enjoyed my experience very much, and would definitely recommend visiting My Community Dental Centers for your dental needs, especially if you’re in a pinch.

  3. Absolutely amazing staff. Amanda really eased my worries about my dental needs and explained the process every step of the way. As someone who has had bad experiences with dentists, this place really wowed me. 100% will be going back.
    Update: Dana and Rochelle did an amazing job too. The whole staff here rocks.

  4. As a patient with medicaid it is very difficult to find a dentist that is “good” in the area. Well this place is GREAT! I’ve been going to the Flint location for almost a year and have had awesome experiences every time. I love the Dental Hygienist I see there. She does a great job making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this location!!!

    The Assistant, very Professional.The Dentist in the inspection of my mouth, she was very Professional, courteous, polite.
    They all were was very Pleasant.
    I have always enjoyed the Service since I became a patient of the Community Dental Center.
    I am very glad that my last Dentist stop excepting my insurance, and I selected Community Dental Center.
    And I really love ❤️ that they see that your last name was placed on the upper and lower dentures.
    They are the best Dental Office, that I have ever experienced.

    I came in for my first visit, which was for a root canal, and was set up quickly and easily. My procedure went steadily and with no issues. the entire staff, including the dentist, were polite, helpful, and able to make me feel comfortable while my mouth was stuck open. This office is definitely worth the visit.

    Amber is always so awesome and great with my son makes him feel comfortable about being at the dentist 🦷 he really loves her. Amber is so nice and does a great job on our families teeth! They do such a wonderful job. I recommend going there!

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like it is necessary here. I took two teens here yesterday because they take our insurance. I knew it was in a “low rent” district, but I still expected to find that the service was not reflected in the address. It was the weirdest, least professional dental appointment I’ve ever had. One of the kids had her x-rays done immediately, and the other was getting cleaned while waiting for x-rays. When she was done with her cleaning, the hygienist went to work on my other child. No one came to do x-rays on the second kid. When she was done on the second one, we were still waiting for x-rays and to see a dentist. Apparently they had a staff meeting in the middle of our appointment. We were left almost entirely unattended while they had their meeting. When they were finally done with their meeting, the tech finally came out and did the x-rays on the one child. The dentist finally came did the shortest exam on both of the kids. It was almost like he was disinterested in the process. The hygienist and the techs were nice; the doctor was nice, but did not inspire any trust. After we left, one of my teens said that she would have been okay with the less than pleasant office facilities if the service had been great. I feel like they could take some lessons from a high school kid. It was not a professional office experience.

    Today I had some extractions done and Dr. Anbari, and D.A. Amber were amazing! The process went a lot smoother than I anticipated and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. A world of difference compared to dentist offices I’ve been to previously. Thanks Deluxe Dental!

    Incredibly professional, accommodating and gracious. Dr Speckmann and her tech McKenzie were beyond amazing in their skill set and care . The entire staff up front made my checking easy and smooth as well as check out after my procedure.     I have had bad teeth for sometime now. I had tried in the past to correct them so I could feel normal. The place I was going to did not make it work and I payed for it and still am. So I just have been living with the problem for a long time. I decided to pull the trigger and try again , after my wife and daughter found , Mr Dr Tim Vanitvelt at town center dental. I can not say enough about my experience with him and all the staff at the office. I have cried a little and have started to feel better about myself and we are not even finished. I have been getting so excited each time I go back because it is just getting closer to the end and I will look and feel normal.
