  3. If there were 10 stars I would give this place 10. I was a walk-in on Sunday morning. First tattoo in my life. I was greeted by Lee behind the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Zack was my tattoo artist and although mine was a simple design, he took time to educate me on the process, asking me questions, and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you for a great experience. I am certain I’ll be back.

    Unfortunately Ashley is working through much larger projects at this time and isn’t interested in taking this on. If you’d like we can keep you on her waitlist or we can see if another artist is willing to get this done for you!

    After over a month waiting to be acknowledged this is the response I received! Basically my design wasn’t worthy of her time and effort; nor I the time to speak with about it! Do as you please but I will never associate with this business since I’m obviously not worthy.

    I’m just not impressed. I spent $6,000 on my treatment plan plus another $250 to join their Glow Club. I have two separate packages for their contouring body…whatever it’s called. I asked several times when my first package was up because the second package would be on a different area. Well, my second package was started and they were doing the same area. It wasn’t until I asked (again) that I was told this was the second package. I was then told that the tech would speak with the manager to see what could be done, but she never did. Does no one have notes in the system to ask the client where the next package will be administered/targeted? Then I had a tech tell me that she could use four paddles, but the next one used two. (More paddles = larger area targeted) It feels very “give us the money and we give you average service” which is why they get an average rating from me. I was talking to one of the techs about the possibility of me bringing my daughter with me (3yo) and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. So I did and was told that they would have to reschedule me because I brought her. Someone needs to get on the same page here. I would absolutely understand if I was told no from the beginning and I would have secured childcare, I have no problem with that. It’s the giving one answer and then changing it that I have a problem with. I also got Botox and felt that the procedure wasn’t explained well. Especially for someone who has never had it done before. But I will say that I could have tried to do more research on what goes on so I won’t hold all of that on them completely. Ever since I signed the commitment for $6,000 I’ve been worried that it wasn’t a good investment and I think I was right. The only part I’ve really enjoyed is the facial, the personalities of almost all the techs, and the skincare products that cost a ridiculous amount of money. I don’t see much of a change in my abdominal area and I’ve been through around 20 weeks of treatment.

    When I called about the lazer treat to complete, Heather answered all of my questions and set me up for a consultation with Stephanie. Stephanie did an awesome job and I was pleased with my package and started earlier than expected. Christy did my first treatment but all of the girls came to check on me and answered all my questions and encouraged me . I am so happy and excited to be on this journey to better myself.

They give recommendations for home care for optimum results of my procedure. My tech. (Christie) is super friendly and conversation flows easily for the time that I am there. This has been a great experience and, most importantly, I am seeing results.

    Dr Felice did a tummy tuck and Lipo for me. I’m about 4 weeks post op. All I can say is from the surgery itself to the post op appointments I have felt supported and listened to by all the staff! With never having a major surgery like this one, I felt like I always had questions and I loved that when I did have questions I could call and be able to talk to Dr. Felice, Dr. McFadden or Laura the nurse practitioner directly. I am healing great and I can’t be happier with my results. Would highly recommend!

    Dr. McFadden is a consummate professional. When you put your trust in someone to make improvements to your face, you are at the mercy of people you generally don’t know very well. At ACS , you can rest assured and relax in their expertise. I have been going to this office for years and have always been pleased with the results. If you ever have doubts or are not 100% comfortable with the procedure, your concerns will be heard. Trust in this office to make you feel as if you can be your best self- no matter your age!

    I was told to send in a picture of myself for consultation and didn’t hear back for weeks ! When I was told I would hear back the next day. After emailing them an additional time I was told the doctor would not do a fat graft to my breast without a breast lift. This experience didn’t feel personal. I was not even given the option to go in & have my requests heard. I’ve always heard good things about this place & my friends even went here but my experience was poor. I went with a different doctor/ company who listened to what I wanted and has granted operation without a breast lift.

    Add me to the list of 5-star reviewers. My only regret, I didn’t find ACS sooner! I moved to NC from CA in August. Poked around to find an office in which I could arrive vulnerable about my insecurities and leave feeling heard and with fantastic results to show for it. I achieved both — no question. ACS was referred to me and required an hour+ drive, but still, I would do it again. The office staff is welcoming, the environment calming and immaculate (clinically and aesthetically). Mostly, I couldn’t be happier with my outcomes! I’m certain my experience is the norm, not an exception. A special shout out to Dr. Felice and Rachel — my primary care team. They worked incredibly well together — they listen carefully, explain things thoughtfully, and are uber-attentive to small detail. I felt safe and in highly-competent hands. What can I say to those considering this team or office? Go for it. It’s well worth the phone call! 🙂
