I called this morning for an appt. for an issue I’ve been having for a long time. They were so kind over the phone and got me right in today as a new patient. When I arrived I was informed they are booked out months in advance for new patients and I was fortunate enough to call at the right time. From the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out of the door every single person was very kind, genuinely smiling and you could tell everyone there loved working there. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen at all and I was in and out pretty quickly and called in medicine to shrink the painful nodule on my leg. Btw I don’t give reviews very often unless I’m overly impressed or very disappointed lol 😆 I worked in the medical field for a very long time and it really makes a huge difference when the owners are good to their employees. Because the employees will take care of the patients and I truly feel this is the case at this office.
I have been a Patient at Advanced Dermatology for about 6 months and it has been nothing but horrible patient care. I was sent for labs that the lab does not do but have to be done in house. When I sat for 45 minutes at the lab they told me they do not do those labs. I called the doctors office, another horrible experience, as you get a call center that does not listen to you and they send you all over the place to whatever doctor is easiest for them, I am assuming. When I finally was able to leave a message, with my doctor, they called back two days later. I told them the problem with the lab and she laughed and said oh yes the lab does not do that but we have to do it it in the office. I questioned why I was sent there and she had no answer. I tried to schedule a n appointment and it was a month later as I was informed the office is closed for a month. Great Patient care, not. I explained my condition was getting worse and she said that is all she can do. I said I would find a new doctor and was told have a great day, not lets see if we can get you in earlier, just by. I would not recommend this group for anything, and I will never go back. Horrible Patient care, horrible customer service and complete lack of communication.
Please heed with caution when visiting with Dr. Solomon. We having been visiting for the past year with him “to keep an eye” on my son’s very irregular, abnormal mole, described by the Dr. He said nothing is alarming since melanoma rarely occurs in children despite the mole meeting much of the criteria! Well being dissatisfied with his “professional” opinion, I went for a second opinion and they were floored that Dr. Solomon didn’t even bother to biopsy it!! I’m beyond livid! Now it’s finally being biopsied and I’m praying to God that it’s not malignant. Please do NOT see this man if you care about the health of yourself or a loved one!! He loved taking my payments each time though for nothing but neglect and carelessness!!

After going to Advanced Dermatology on the other side of town this place is a pleasure. The doctor’s great he took care of all my issues we got a couple of laughs in between this is nothing at all like the other office. This place gets five stars along with the workers and doctors.
