They didn’t give me the full information( I provided the missing info at the end in detail) and on top of that when I cancelled my package they haven’t provided me the details about what happens to my financial option I opted for. They use some third party portal that handles financing option and that still shows the full amount. And something about their customer service : Before joining they were very sweet and was responding well. And after the first session when I asked them about some missing information that they haven’t specified before, they haven’t responded. When I called the customer service they said that I have to wait until I get a response from the person who signed me up initially. I never expected this from laseraway. They initially told me that with some promotional offer I’ll be charged ~$120 per session for my full face + free under arms . And *AFTER* the first session I got to know that the eyebrows areas are not covered and as it didn’t meet my requirement, I wanted to cancel my services. They said that I’ll be charged $400 for the 1 session for face without even getting the free underarms done. It’s more than double the amount I signed up for with the promotional option. When I asked them about it they said that the offer is not ~120 / session but with ten sessions I’ll get 2 free sessions. I was initially told that they would charge me $2144 for 12 sessions. Even if I remove the 2 free sessions shouldn’t I be paying $214.4. $400 is literally approximately double the amount. How fair is this? Don’t I have to be told what all are covered as part of the full facial laser hair removal? And don’t I have to be charged just amount they mentioned per session? And I am still not aware of what happens to my financing option. The third party portal still shows that I still owe the entire amount of $2144.00. It’s been a month already. The staff was welcoming and professional. All of my MANY questions were answered by knowledgeable and experienced clinicians (who have also undergone the procedure). The booking process was ridiculously easy and efficient. The website is easy to navigate and intuitive. I was not pressured into buying products I don’t need. The procedure itself was not painful and other than a tiny bit of redness the following day (which is to be expected), I had no unwanted side effects. They took great care of me and they’re fantastic at what they do! I’m looking forward to booking other services (such as laser tattoo removal). No complaints whatsoever! I’m going to Laser Away at Los Gatos for so long. I like every one there. Most of nurses are nice and professional. I love the girls in the front desk area. MERCEDE is the best. She is beautiful, 🥰 nice, kind, respectful, professional, patient and super caring person. Any time I talk to her over the phone or at the store she explains every thing so patiently with all details to make sure I understand everything. She is a huge helper. Norma is super nice too. I know since I started going there. Feh is so professional. Actually I like every one there. I’m very happy to go to this store. I tried a few stores in the area. I went to Santana Row, Mountain View and here. But since I started going here I didn’t go to other place. Just having two issues!:) the prices went super high recently which was very sad to me. 🙁 Also I don’t like to switch to different nurses every time I go there for laser. I don’t feel very comfortable to switch to a new nurse every single time. Hopefully you can help me through this issue. Rather than that I love going there to see these professional kind girls all the time. Thank you everyone!
I’ve being postponing my self care for awhile, but 2023 is a year of changes! I started my journey by booking time to learn more about Laser Hair Removal.
To my absolute delight, I had the opportunity to meet Norma Burris, the Business Director at the Los Gatos site. What a knowledgeable, kind and caring person! She took the time to explain A to Z on the laser removal world and I’m so thankful for her time and knowledge!
The clinic is super clean, inviting and accommodating. Parking and treatment times plenty. (Even weekends and evenings A+)
Im excited to start my self care journey and feel absolutely confident that Laser Away was the right choice for my needs!

Just would like to add to this review that I had a great experience at Los Gatos office. Bought a package for different treatments the RN’s are very pleasant and professional. Norma is a great help every time and goes out of her way to be the best in customer service to all clients. She is so professional and helpful in many ways.
All the staff at this location have been incredible. So kind and make me feel comfortable. Most recently I had Alexis and she was extremely quick, professional, and so so so sweet. The laser hair removal process has been mostly painless, I definitely recommend shaving the same day as your appointment to help reduce that. I have such a wonderful experience every time and never feel judged in any way by a single staff member there. Thank you LaserAway Los Gatos staff!!!
