Today I had a particularly amazing experience with Rhiannon Paloma. She walked me through everything she was doing, checked in with me frequently, and overall was just very caring and concerned with my well-being. I would definitely recommend scheduling your laser hair removal treatments with Rhiannon. She is very genuine and wants to make sure you are comfortable. I have also had extremely positive experiences with Lisa. My very first appointment was with Lisa, and she made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves. I’ve only had one painful session, and Lisa did everything she could to help reduce that. She really went above and beyond for me. I have had appointments with Lisa, Jordan, and Rhiannon at LaserAway, and all have been so wonderful and caring. The staff at the desk have always been very kind and friendly also. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and accommodating. I’ve been paired with a few nurses here, but Vanessa and Rhiannon definitely stand out. She listened attentively and payed extra attention during laser to the areas I’d mention. She’s amazing! Rhiannon was also very accommodating as the face laser treatments were always a little uncomfortable for me. She was very vocal through the entire thing and helped me feel calm and relaxed. Got a septum piercing here and it went great! Very clean, sanitized equipment and tools at every step, knowledgeable friendly staff, overall awesome experience. Abstract obviously knew what they were doing, showed great attention to detail, made sure everything was lined up perfectly, and gave a relatively painless piercing. 10/10
Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced by Raven. My daughter, though certain she was ready and wanted to get her ears pierced and believed she could handle it, turned out to be in for a bit more than she bargained for and the ordeal went less than smoothly. Raven, however, was the absolute picture of patience and professionalism! Even when being kicked and yelled at by my kid (I’m so sorry, Raven 🤦🏼♀️), Raven maintained a cool compassion and did everything possible to help me and my daughter get through it. I am very grateful for the way we were treated and, now that she’s had some time to recover, my daughter absolutely LOVES her earrings.
