3 months agoIf they’re packed… come back another time. They’re slow normally, let alone when understaffed or over worked. $50 special on hand wax is a good deal. The $99 oil change is over priced to begin with then they add extra oil charges. They took a loooong time to get going & since I got an oil change I lost my place in line to get my truck washed & that added another hour of waiting. By the time I was done the place was completely empty!2 months agoThis has been my go to car wash since moving to Apple Valley. They have gotten expensive and they changed their system to track the number of washes you have paid for. I lost credit for 6 or 7 washes when they did that.
Today, I paid extra for ” bug buster” service and they still didn’t get all the bugs off.
Other than that, they do a good job.2 months agothought I had permanently damaged my Mercedes paint when I when on a road that wasn’t a road in El Mirage. They did a test to show me that if they really worked hard the could save the finish on my Clear coat. They worked over 4 Hours and its perfect8 months agoThis is what $40 plus tip gets you. The guy was SOOO SLOW AND RUDE! As I’m walking up to the car he’s continuing to wave and honk loud and aggressive (which I found very ironic considering he took 45 mins to lazily wipe around) I haven’t gone to another car wash in 7 yearsa year agoWill never go back..paid $32.00 for this. I complained to a worker and all he said is they were short staff and had too many cars. Never again. I feel like I just gave away money.

Worth the wait.5 months agoMake sure you ask for an ACTUAL HAND WASH HERE because if you don’t they use the same sponge/brush for your rims and car when they’re washing it. Common sense right?? so I was told you need to ask for a full hand wash so the brush is not used at all. 2015 Mercedes Benz e350 and thought it was ok to use the same brush to clean my tires and my paint! Horrible never again.6 months agoAsked before hand an estimated time and was told 45 minutes. Watched my car come out of wash and sit there for 10 minutes air drying before anyone touched it while the workers SLOWLY dried cars… one was too busy flirting with the female customers to even help the others. Wouldn’t come back unless I had 2 hours to waste4 months agoWould do less stars if I could. Always closes 30 minutes before posted times. I miss their pre Covid business ethics.4 months agoThe guys always do a good job. If you see some streaks or anything, they are always happy to fix it without hesitation

Quick Quack is the best! The staff are always friendly and attentive to the customers needs, especially Alex! The staff always greet with a smile and positive attitude! I have unlimited membership which is great. I can pull up and within mere minutes I’m checked in, my car is washed, and I’m on my way! Highly recommend this car wash!

Alex was great help with providing an alternative to the usual air fresher I get, I didn’t know they had their own Duck Scents until today. I love the convenience of having everything from wash, vacuums and pressurized air all for the price of one. Definitely glad to see they are expanding their locations.
The workers are super nice, really helpful. Shawn help us today and made sure we had what we needed. On the other hand the wash was ok even though I have the ceramic I still need to wipe some dirt on the back of the van because it doesn’t really cleans it good. The air blowing this time was good on the spot we were. Usually they don’t work and vacuums are not the best either. But I can’t complain this time. Over all I give it 4 stars because they do have really good service. To have a 5star the washing need to be improved like I said I still need to wipe some spots down specifically on the back of my van that never fails to be dirty.
Been to many Quick Quack locations. This one is by far my favorite. They process the lines quickly and everyone provides excellent customer service. Robert especially always provides phenomenal service!
