Have been coming here for 10+ years when it used to be called Ocean Car Wash. They did another clay bar + wax for me. I always bring all of my cars here. Every 6 to 12 months I do another clay bar. Repels the water really good. A little expensive for all of this stuff, but it’s not like it’s being done every few weeks. A good clay bar + wax lasts a long time. Helps keep your paint nice. I high recommend them.3 weeks agoSuch a shabby job. Paid for the premium car wash & interior clean. Windows on the inside we’re not cleaned. Trunk not vacuumed at all. Looks like they did not even open it. Tyre rims still have dirt in them. Door panels not cleaned. Not going there again!a month agoOmar is such a fantastic manager. He makes this place 12/10. The men here work extremely hard wether it’s busy or not, in heat and in rain. I’ve been to many car washes in south florida and this is by far the best spot! Thank you guys for always taking care of my vehicles.3 months agoI was very confused when I arrived as it was my first time. I wasn’t aware of the process, that you pay first and you enter through another lane. Then the man wanted to sell me an expensive car service. It was really ridiculous the way he was being persuasive. Then you leave car wash and go into another line to get the car finished. The vacuum and windows etc. This lane was so long and not enough work it was not worth it. Definitely will never come back here and I don’t recommend it.

2 months agoUpdated review 5/23 – much better experience I went back and they worked a lot of the kinks out. Wish they would hire more people to detail the inside because that is a long wait but tried the special for their 30 car washes in a month deal and have been very pleased with the results thus far. Give it a try.
Worst experience ever. Loved the old car wash was excited to try the rebrand. Got a coupon for a free graphene wash and was so disappointed. They were rushing all the cars through bumper to bumper our car barely got wet, there was barely any soap on it, the dryer didn’t turn on, and the lights to tell you when to get out weren’t even working. Offering a service that didn’t exist is the definition of false advertising. Would not recommend. The pictures below are of my car after it it was “washed” at about 4:15pm Saturday 2/25/23. If the car wash wasn’t working properly why even send people through it? It’s so sad when local businesses get brought by franchises and the quality disappears.
3 months agoNewer location with full service detail available after wash. Rolling brush actually cleans top of car unlike other locations that stop at windshield. Even after being acquired by El Car Wash they continue to focus on quality, customer appreciation, and customer awareness.Hands down this is the best car wash in the Sunrise area. I would highly recommend.
a week agoWent there because I lost my key FOB under my seat and could not find it. The Manager and several of his crew went out of their way to try and find my key fob with no luck. I greatly appreciate all their help and they also always do a great job an getting my car sparkling clean too.

Negatives-
-quoted 2 hours for job, after viewing the car, took 4+ hours
-entire inside was still wet, was told to leave the windows down (South Florida, summer)
– did not clean the cupholder and ash tray ( both were closed, but should have been checked)
-spare tire, tools, and trunk liner were thrown in the trunk, along with the front seat mats
-sun protector ( you put in the windshield) was not put in the car necessitating a second trip.
– the roof liner was dirty, and didnt look like it was worked on (the owner DID say that it was tricky, and did not want to ruin it, as it is just cardboard and a thin carpet)
– owner seemed pushy to get the review entered.
Positives
* the owner worked on my car himself, with help. He even cut himself on the car, but kept going.
* i had not had the car washed in 11-12 years, so you know it took a lot of elbow grease
* i had a large dirt stain on the rear passenger seat for probably 8 years, and they were able to get it out and make it look like brand new.
– the interior DID look very, very good.
– the exterior looked just as good as the interior, given the age and lack of care for 12 years.
TL/DR- brought my car in to be cleaned, some bad, mostly good.

I would give a 3.8, but i upped it to 4, as the people working there work in the Florida heat and rain, and really deserve more than they get. I did tip $20 in a tip box for them
The best car wash around! The owner Mike and his team were efficient, precise and great at what they do. I would recommend to all and will definitely be back. They did great with the interior detailing and my car now smells fresh and looks super clean. Thank you to the team at Car Wash Cafe!
I love this place. The service is great and very detailed oriented. They guarantee your satisfaction but the best part is being able to wait inside a nice cafe, being greeted with a smile and have everything you need for the car at hand to be able to buy it.

My car parks daily in the sun, under a tree. Paint was full of stains and light scratches. After the ceramic treatment it was like a new car. Well worth the price. Personnel were very helpful advising different services and even did a free spot sample so I could make my mind. Thinking about doing my wife’s car now. Thank you.
Mike was very helpful and got my car looking brand new. The complete interior detailing was definitely worth it and they really took care of both my car and me. It may be expensive at first but when you see the results you will say it was worth it. They provide free Wi-Fi and A/C while you wait for them to transform your car back to when you first bought your car.
