The door took forever to open and then once it finally opened it kept beeping for a solid 5 minutes. I backed up and the beeping stopped but the back up light that is supposed to indicate to back up was not flashing so I had no idea why it was beeping and of course there was no one around to help.

a year agoI may edit this later, if they follow through on a free re-do. I paid for an interior detail, and all that was done was cleaning of the floors, a quick vacuum, and possibly a wipe down? These was still stuff between the seats and dust in the vents, cubbies, over the steering wheel, fi ger prints on windows, etc. Horrible. They said I can return, so I will edit this if it is better. This is the best car wash in the area with $10 wash you have free talking for vacuum.
Went through the automatic car wash, new car with new tires. One of my tires became completely flat 20 minutes after using the car wash. Plus I purchased the membership. Completely disappointed. Now I have to either pay for a tire fix/ buy a whole new tire. Even with the DIAMOND wash, my car still looked dirty. Hopefully someone can resolve this issue with me or figure out what went wrong.
So, not all locations give the same quality of wash. There was soap on my car at the end and no chamois cloths to eliminate the water spots. The Cromwell location gives a far superior result.
I spent $10 for such terrible service that I had to leave before getting a car wash. After paying $10 at the pay machine, the arm to go through went up but I couldn’t pull forward due to another car in front. 2 attendants yelled at me to pull forward, I did the best I could, then 3 attendants were yelling for me to pull back. While I’m reversing they’re each yelling different directions at me. Someone then told me to pull over to the parking lot to wait. I left because I was done being yelled at.
It’s hit or miss here. Lately my car does not come out clean. I buy the platinum washes and it seems that sometimes I don’t get the wash I pay for. They only sometimes prewash the car and barely at that. I had one guy yell at me to pull up as I was putting money in the tip box. There were no cars behind me. I yelled back asking if he wanted a tip. He didn’t care. The free vacuums are a good deal and of course the people who help at the pay machine are great.
