  My parents deck needed replacing. The wood was rotten to the point of causing my elderly father to fall (unharmed). I needed an urgent solution so I got in touch with Bryan at Interior Elite. I am much more comfortable dealing with a company that has roots deep enough in the community to have an actual building than a pickup truck guy who could be in Ontario after cashing my deposit. A project manager was sent out next day, quotes accepted day later. The work was done , and done well, the following week. Amazing. I understand not everyone is going to get such a rapid response time from start to finish. I do believe everyone will get the great attention to detail and high level of quality. I would definitely use them again. I certainly do recommend them.

  I was fortunate enough to find this company of talented professionals to add a second floor addition. Where I first noticed its calibre was in the quality of communication that was maintained throughout the early stage of quote and blue prints. They worked with my draftsman, the city ref: permit and kept me informed of any possible hiccups we may encounter given I live on the river and must maintain the integrity of the riparian area while building up. So five stars for clear, timely communication.

  The next thing I noticed was the project manager made regular visits to the site. This gave us the confidence that Elite kept its finger on the pulse of the project and knew exactly what was happening with the project and the subcontractors every step of the way.

  Elite’s subcontractors were respectfully and friendly. They were never intrusive and always considered us as homeowners living on site while the work was being done.

  The work was finished in a timely manner. The quality of work was beyond our expectations. Once completed I called the project manager on one or two minor items which were addressed without question or cost.

  And speaking of cost Elite stayed on budget and during a time when materials and lumber was in constant fluctuation.

  This year (2023) we are having Elite back to work on yet another project.

  I can without any hesitation recommend this company for anything and all things to do with construction.

  Elite contracting was great!. Bryan is precise and easy to deal with. I had a few other contractors come and look and my idea. And all of them seemed dumbfounded. Bryan came and right away knew what I was trying to accomplish, and later that night had come up with a very fair quote. They were fast and went over and above the quality I was hoping for. All his employees or co contractors were very clean and polite as well. It felt nice that I could let these people have access to my home when I wasn’t around and feel my home was being treated well. I am hoping to have them back for another project in the near future and recommend them to a very high regard.

  Bryan and his crew at Elite were amazing. Bryan is energetic, organized, responsive and professional. He has built an impressive relationship with tradespeople in town and consequently was able to line them up quickly. His own staff are also very professional, respectful and hardworking. I highly recommend Elite Contracting. If we ever need work done, they’ll be the people we call.

  Interior Elite Contracting Limited ​After much deliberation, we decided that we should complete some renovations of our retirement home. After doing our research and reading about Elite, we arranged a meeting with them. ​The process involved a very skillful gal with an eye for detail in Amanda. We told her what we wanted and after some back and forth and suggestions agreed on the renovation plan. ​The Interior Elite team came on board with Victor and Dustin weighing in. On January 9th the process began and was completed in March. ​Communication and inspections were regular and we knew who would be coming and going from day to day and week to week with a provided calendar. ​They turned our ensuite into a spa, main bath into a wonderful guest escape and the kitchen into a very functional piece of beauty. The kitchen was gutted and everything was replaced with a new modern look with white and blue cabinetry, quartz counter tops and back splash. The storage added was a welcome addition to our home. ​The attention to detail and meticulous way they progressed were remarkable. Throughout it all we remained in our home and the messes were small and mostly cleaned up in short order. ​The trades that they brought in to attend to electrical, plumbing, drywalling, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and glass work were amazing. The finished product is a testament to the ability of Elite to multi task and create an atmosphere of teamwork, obvious throughout the project. ​We are ready to enjoy our home long into our retirement and a source of pride for both of us.   As anyone who has built a house knows, there are a lot of very important decisions to be made. Design, colours, products, contractors, the list goes on and on. One of the best decisions we made was to use Sirocco Landscapes to design and build our landscaping. It included xeriscaping, retaining walls, paving stones, irrigation, a pergola, front and rear decking, fencing, lighting and a fire bowl feature. Although our property isn’t a huge one, the project presented a number of challenges because of the house design and natural grades. Spencer was able to identify the potential issues and offer suggestions on how to deal with them before providing a quote. In any big project things don’t go exactly as planned. When this happened, Spencer and his team ensured we were kept up to date with any issues and changes that needed to be made. Spencer’s detailed design and quote meant we were ensured we weren’t going to have any surprises at the end of the project. In the end, we are very happy with how it all turned out. We are often receiving compliments from friends, family and complete strangers on how nice the landscaping is. We’ve had a couple small issues over a year after the installation which have been rectified very quickly and to our satisfaction. Sirocco Landscapes has left us very confident that they will be there to take care of us in all our landscaping needs going forward.   I purchased 6 large maple trees fall 2020. These were recommended for the Kamloops climate and my particular yard. Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 trees didn’t survive come spring.

  After some discussion, Sirocco has offered to replace the trees at cost. Although I was initially disgruntled that 3 trees perished, I was ultimately satisfied that Sirocco was responsive to my concerns, and provided a reasonable solution.

  Sirocco Landscaping did a huge makeover of our back yard last year. We love it! They quoted the job first and were by far the best price!   We have dealt with Sirocco for over 5 years. They did a huge project for us in creating a backyard and re-did our front yard.
