  Purchased my first home with Partners in Evanston. Homes are beautifully designed with so much functionality and space available. Great location too, easy access to Stony and Deerfoot, walking distance to Sobeys and other commercial buildings. Sales team (Darcey and Paul), James, and everyone else I’ve been in contact with have been so helpful and responsive. One of the best team you will meet.   If you dont want to regret it, don’t buy houses from this builders. Their houses are poor quality, lots of issues, delays, in getting anything fixed. Bought a house in Evanston and they put in a furnace without a humidifier Now they tell me after possesion, an humidifier is an upgrade and I have to pay 500CAD+taxes to get one

  Purchased my new build townhome in Symon in December 2022 and just got occupancy. My salesperson was Linda. Linda outlined how the process would work up to occupancy. Linda is professional and knowledgeable. The process has worked very smoothly. My townhome is amazing. My flooring became unavailable, Linda called me and the replacement colors were perfect. All the other staff I have worked with have been great, Zack, Jason, Steve and Erica. Good price and value Thank you Partners.

  We contacted Kayben to give us a quote and design plan to re-do our shrub bed. We liked their proposal so hired them to complete the job. We couldn’t be happier with finished product.   Dealing with Kayben from start to finish was the best experience we’ve ever had when contracting out work. Claude was out to consult and draw up plans quickly. He listened, gave advice, shared his expertise and continued to follow up until we had exactly what we wanted.

  Over to Nick and his team to get the work done. On time, professional and fantastic at what they do. Can’t say enough things about Nick and how he communicates, follows through and thoroughly knows his stuff. Absolute pleasure to work with.

  Work was 95% completed before the snow flew last year. Kayben reached out to us early in the spring to formulate the plan to get everything finalised and replace anything that didn’t “make it”. Nice not to have to chase anyone.
