The atmosphere is dungeon chiq in the waiting area; -with the odd numbered yet surprisingly comfortable chairs, and reading material from years gone by,- however the law help are always due-dilligent, frank, understanding, entirly pleasant, and simply a cut above what one expects. This sign is just bizarre.

Most negative experience with an administrative law lawyer. Lack of listening, condescension, disrespect and lies. This woman failed in her professional duties in addition to having uttered completely disrespectful words towards me. After my trial, a formal complaint will be filed with the Bar against it. Run away from this person AND/OR bring recording equipment to protect yourself.

Incompetence, H. Lacroix. She’s the worst lawyer I every had.. I do not recommend her to you. It’s all about the money. She’s showed no interest in my case whatsoever. I should of listened to other people’s advice. Very disappointed and frustrating experience. If I could rate this 0 it would be 0.

Antoine Gérin contacted me on behalf of his client in a small claims dispute. At no time did I manage to speak to him in person. Even after several calls and messages left, this character is not able to pick up his phone and show some respect to the people he contacts by email. It makes you wonder if it really exists lolll

I will not name names and I will not venture to detail the reasons for my opinion since my freedom of expression ends where the reputation of the other begins, regardless of whether it is true or not (defamation). I will just give one star since it is impossible not to give any and I will add that I do not recommend it at all. Too bad this note has to apply to the cabinet when it only targets a specific person.

Top Bankruptcy Lawyer Alternatives in Sherbrooke

The Biggest Bankruptcy Lawyer in Canada

When it comes to finding a bankruptcy lawyer in Sherbrooke, there are several alternatives that are very popular. These alternatives offer different approaches to dealing with bankruptcy cases, and it’s important to choose the one that best suits your specific needs. Here are three top alternatives to consider:

  • Debt Settlement Companies: Debt settlement companies specialize in negotiating with creditors to reduce the overall amount of debt owed. They work on behalf of individuals to reach a settlement that is affordable and helps to avoid bankruptcy. These companies typically charge a fee for their services, which is usually a percentage of the total debt amount. Debt settlement may be a viable option for individuals who have a significant amount of unsecured debt and are struggling to make monthly payments.
  • Credit Counseling Agencies: Credit counseling agencies provide individuals with guidance and support in managing their finances and resolving debt-related issues. These agencies typically offer services such as budgeting assistance, debt management plans, and educational resources. They can help individuals develop strategies for paying off their debt without resorting to bankruptcy. Credit counseling agencies are often non-profit organizations and may charge nominal fees for their services.
  • Consumer Proposals: A consumer proposal is a formal agreement between an individual and their creditors to repay a portion of their debt over a specified period of time. This alternative to bankruptcy allows individuals to avoid formal bankruptcy proceedings while still addressing their financial obligations. A licensed insolvency trustee is responsible for facilitating the consumer proposal process. This option may be suitable for individuals who have a regular income and want to avoid the long-term consequences of bankruptcy.

It’s important to carefully evaluate these alternatives and consult with a financial professional or legal advisor to determine which one is the best fit for your unique situation. Each option has its pros and cons, and the right choice will depend on various factors such as the amount of debt owed, the individual’s financial capabilities, and the long-term goals of the individual.
