  Kati Liz and lenae and of course Nick have gone above and beyond for my family I’m a single dad of three! To be honest they have kept my family together for me it’s heartwarming it can be hard as single dad going through these things alone I feel at ease knowing such a strong team has my back through these tough times! Being a dad it’s important to remember and remain strong for my kids! I get kind of emotional when I think of the firm and the people here I’m able to enjoy reading schoolwork roller skating and taking my kids to school in the morning! Is there really anything more that matters than that in life!? Not to me! Really really good people I highly recommend them not only do they do a good job but they fight for fathers rights!   I talked to Nick about my divorce plan. I asked him all my questions to work in an agreement with my spouse to optimize fees as much as possible.   I chose this firm because Mr. Hendrix was compassionate and seemed confident in my case. I was told I could file for a temporary order to move out of state and see if it could get approved. Two months went by and I received an email stating that he had maybe forgotten to mention to me sooner that after speaking with his managing partner, a temp order allowing a move out of state wasn’t possible at all and they weren’t going to file for one. I received an email from my lawyer that didn’t make sense to me and when I asked about it I was told that he had another client with the same name and he had accidentally sent me an email meant for her. In two months, we’ve given this firm over $9,000 without much to show for it. All in all, my lawyer was a nice person but I lost faith in his ability to advocate for me or to keep sensitive information secure. I also think there’s a huge lack of experience involved.

  Chelsea helped me through a very difficult divorce. She was patient and understanding. My ex was the most difficult unresponsive, non- participating person, you could imagine. His lawyer isn’t much better. Chelsea and patty helped me wade through it. They were so kind, and there every step of the way. She was a champion for my kids, and helped them have their voices heard. I would recommend Chelsea over, and over again. In fact, she will be helping me with filing contempt charges. I can not say enough about Patty, she was so kind and dedicated. Available to answer any question, and I had a lot of them. My case involved, domestic violence, stalking, custody, divorce, garnishment and protection orders.

  There are not enough words I can say about working with Attorney Jackie Collins and her Paralegal Laura Mundell.

  My husband and I met Jackie about this time last year, and during that initial conversation, both he and I knew that she was the one for us and our case. Family cases are hard and dealing with what we’ve had to go through for about nine years has been stressful, frustrating and at times just flat out exhausting – we contacted Modern Family at just the right time and we were helped us in ways that I will be eternally grateful.

  *Anytime* I needed to contact Jackie about things that were going on with the other party she was just a text or email way – always encouraging, always professional, and never ever made me feel like I was bothering her or sending her too much information.

  Craig Valentine and Patricia Wallace did a wonderful job. I was apprehensive since my case crossed state lines. It went much smoother than I had anticipated. They were quick to respond and provided detailed invoices for all charges. The only thing we waited on was the court date. Once court came, Craig walked us through what we needed to do for preparation. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and will use them again if the needed ever arises.
