  Our agent Klod is lovely person to work with first off but he is also efficient and honest. He explained the process of selling our property and the options in current market. It sold quickly and we couldn’t have hoped for a better team. His support team Janice and Maria stayed in contact with us throughout, quickly answering any questions we had.   Helped my daughter purchase her first home, best experience with Leslie Piers. Knowledge and most honest realtor. Went above and beyond to make this happen. Even with changing brokers midway through, Leslie never gave up,. House after house until we finally closed.. need a realtor she’s the one you want and need in your corner.

  We had a general idea of where we wanted to move but unsure about which town and neighborhood. We met with Krystal Simmons and her team for a greet and meet. Even though we had bought and sold many homes before we were at a loss of where to start. We knew the feel and function we wanted but that’s about it. Krystal asked insightful questions and was able to give us suggestions of several areas we might enjoy. After months of us researching and visiting different areas Krystal kept refining our search. She was patient ,knowledgeable and super organized . We told her the amount we wanted to stay in and she kept us to it!! Believe me you start searching and forget that’s not in your price range. She only showed us homes within our price range. In the end, she wanted to introduce us to a very similar community but I was resistant than I finally gave in. I’m so happy I did! We ended up with a new build which is a very different process than buying an established home. So grateful to have the Andrey Bustamante team to guide us through the process. Thanks everyone!   Leslie was fantastic! We were moving to the area from Las Vegas and not only cut out time for our last minute notice of being in town, she had to continue the hunt after we left.   Kristen did an outstanding job of helping us find our new home in Tampa. Our situation was a little unique as we were trying to plan the move from KY and also was bringing our 57 pound dog with us.
