  came here for my 2022 tax return, they did my taxes incorrectly, i tried to reach out multiple times to both the location and directly to the rep who filed my taxes, ignored on all aspects. DO NOT GO HERE, you will lose money

  The people at this location are very friendly, and did our taxes in good time. The problem I had is with their phone system. It straight up does NOT work. Over the course of 3 days i called this location close to 40 times, at random times during the day and the phone goes straight to what sounds like a strange a busy signal, but isn’t. At first I assumed they were just on the phone, after so many tries I knew this wasnt the case. After walking in randomly, hoping we could pick up our taxes, I told the lady at the counter that their phones didnt work. She basically brushed me off telling me she must have been on it. So while she was looking for our paperwork, and I was literally staring at her un-used phone sitting in front of me on her desk, i called the number again on my cell, same outcome, busy signal, and her phone wasnt ringing. She also recieved zero calls on that phone for the 20-25 minutes i was there… There was clearly no point in bringing it up with her again… so im coming here in the hopes someone can fix this before next tax season, so we dont have to go through this again. Thanks.

  These people have no idea what they’re doing. They don’t abide by their own policies. Asking them to clarify anything? ZERO answers given, just a run-around until you get frustrated so you pay not only the government but them, so you pay twice. Absolute incompetence. Thought if they made a mistake it was their problem, you know, like the policy states. Guess I’ll be filing somewhere else from here on out after getting fleeced. Good job, H&R, money well spent.

  Fast and friendly service from all involved, but especially from my lovely tax lady Bridget!!! Her jovial nature and accent alone are enough to make me return year after year, but beyond that, she’s warm, caring, and genuinely gets me more money back every year than I ever expected. I’ve never had a single problem occur, and would 10/10 recommend requesting Bridget – you won’t be disappointed!!!
