They even have a scrub bucket so you can remove the bugs of the front off your car. Also, they have vacuum machines for your carpet car mats. That machine saves you time and gets your mats clean!! Having a jet pass makes it easy to get in and get out!!

I went in for a wash in my handicap van and the tire cleaner took a piece off of my side skirt. I heard the pop as it happened so I immediately took a look once the wash was over and let an employee know. Long story short I was able to get in contact with the supervisor (manny) a whole week later just for him to say he had to run it through the owner of the car wash. Manny then told me the owner told him it didn’t happen there but wouldn’t allow me to check the cameras to verify. I clearly heard the pop when it happened and after reading reviews it has happened to others as well. The $3 wash is actually a pretty intense scrub and it gets all the dirt off, I would not recommend buying the higher wash packages. Also the rinse water is dirty and the dryers don’t blow it all off so if you don’t towel dry the spots it missed you will get a mess like this. If they had free paper towels like Mobil does it would be a non issue.
Usually I avoid this place because during the day there is always a mile long line that backs up into Roosevelt. People are weird because the other $3 wash at Mobil usually doesn’t have much of a line and does just as good a job as this one.
At night there’s usually no wait at all. Also the included vacuums are always working and have good suction. There’s nowhere to wash off your mats though.
Took my car here for a wash earlier this week and while vacuuming afterwards I noticed multiple scratches that were not there before I had gone through the car wash. I found an attendant and put in a damage report and was told a manager would call me within 3 days. It has been 4 days and I have not gotten a call back. This is an example of terrible management and is unacceptable.
If I can give a zero rating I would. Horrible – we signed up for the monthly pass, but was terminated recently without notification because they stated “you are an Uber driver and we have to charge you more $25 per month).” They never stated that there is a different charge for Ride Share cars. I don’t even come often (only go once a week or twice per week at most). Jetbrite car wash should actually cater to RideShare drivers and give them a discount since they bring tons of business, instead they cheat them and up charge them for using unclean water and subpar facility. I will warn everyone I know – you should think twice as well too. With a market so competitive these companies should not take advantage of the small people, they should rethink their strategy. They earn so much for zero to none expenditure. I am taking my business elsewhere like WashU or Ever Clean they have better facilities and excellent programs.
Fast, economical & free vacuum facilities. Very spacious therefore moves you through rather quickly…just don’t go when I go because it always rains as soon as I leave 🙄
