- Reviews:I went to the shelter over month ago it was 4 minutes left until they closed well she sees me and locks the door. My dogs had no food I’m homeless so I go in today and was turned away because I got little nasty because she locked the door before they we closed. The 3 girls looked down their noses at me. So I’m going hungry tonight so my dogs can eat. Very heartless girls. ????????????. The cats came with a free visit to the vet for the first check up and the fee was small for adoption less than 50 for one cat. Also the cats are well taken care of and loved that this place. - Reviews:This place comes off as very friendly at first. That’s how they get you a dog. They have a 2 week foster period to see if the animal is a fit for you and your family. If it is then you get to adopt if not they say you can bring the dog back and keep looking until you find the right one. Not the case at all. They are extremely rude and unprofessional if you return the dog within the 2 weeks. Also said they are done with us. We only fostered one dog. For a week. We have other animals and children so this was a great idea for us to see if another animal would work. That’s why we chose this place. However if you have to return the animal be ready to get an ear full from the “former cop” Jackie. Avoid JACKIE AND THIS PLACE! Better off buying an animal than supporting this place! We really enjoy using the self-wash for pets. Your best deal is to get the “dirty dog discount” card – 5 washes for $25 dollars. They provide the soap, hot and cold water, a dryer hose and towels. There are three bathing areas for a variety of size dogs. My only complaint is that the dog park in the back is rarely open anymore. It was a great place to let the dogs run off crazy energy after a bath.

I called and made an appt with Samantha do groom my small dog and was very pleased with the way she handled my dog, since my dog has separating anxiety issues. . And was very pleased with the hair cut and nail trim .She listened on how we wanted him groomed and she did
exactly the way we wanted. Made another appt or her to groom him again. What I liked was I didn’t have to take him in and leave him 4 hrs like other groomer have you do. He was done in 2 hrs And prices are reasonable .
Got a Guinea pig a week ago (2.23) . She passed away this morning.
None of my other Guinea pigs are or have ever been sick and been checked by a vet.
I have TWO other Guinea pigs from them that I now have to worry about them dying.
They sell sick animals ; watch out y’all‼️‼️
I was in the store with a coupon. The store was out of the dog food I needed. I was told to call and check if the food had been restocked. I KNEW it would be a hassle to call but I did. I was told someone would have to call me back, I said I didn’t mind holding while someone checked. I was transferred to grooming. I hung up and called back. After being transferred to grooming, where it went to voice mail, THREE more times! I finally gave up. Whomever answered the phone told me it was going to the manager the last time. What a mess! I won’t bother calling again nor will I make the 60 mile round trip there. Looks like Chewy is my best bet even tho I won’t be able to use my coupon. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
