  1. UPDATE***
    The manager Sergio offered to help me today, rather than waiting 48 hours for the original rep. Since my phone was in stock and I didn’t mind waiting all was well.

    I did an upgrade from the store and simply wanted to do an exchange the next day. Brandon acted like it was a huge ordeal 😂.

    The store ended up adding a separate line to my account Without my permission, to ‘expedite’ ordering the device, and when it arrived, told me that no one in the store could help me with the exchange until the original rep was in. The whole process is shady and I think that I will only do business with corporate stores after this.

  2. Angelo Zacchio always treats me with a smile and excellent customer service. I was able to drop some devices I no longer use from my plan and I got a great deal on trading in my old phone for a newer one.

  3. Nick was great. Super professional and informative. We went in to get upgrades and were pre approved for a smoking deal via email. I was half expecting to get the run around because sales guys can be really aggressive and try to upcharge for ANYTHING they can. But not with Nick. He was cordial and didn’t push anything on us. Really pleasant visit.

  4. Matt is AMAZING to work with! I rarely visit Verizon and I will be honest, was a little hesitant to go due to past experiences (at other locations) that rivaled car dealership wait times. This location is phenomenal. I came in on a busy Friday evening and was helped promptly with any questions, need or concerns I had for my Hotspot needs. He got everything set up and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. I will be back for any of my phone needs and appreciate Matt and the rest of the staff at this Verizon store. 🙂

    By far the worst store I’ve ever been in!!! Everything is good when you’re spending $20,000 in there store but when you need to come back to get something fixed or warranty it’s like they don’t have two minutes to spare. The business contact people are phenomenal and always take care of everything we need but the in-store at this location is definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service!!! I have had two bad experiences back to back here..

    Ok, how can you consider yourself the leading cell phone company, and have so little to offer? I walk into the Verizon store, rather than visiting a kiosk in the mall, so that I can have all of the options that Verizon offers laid out before me and immediately available, for me to choose from. Huge disappointment. Very little to offer. And the lies in advertising that brought me there in the first place. I got my phone upgrade, but the only reason why this review gets 3 stars is because of the excellent representative that helped me through every step of the way. He deserves 5 stars, and Verizon itself 0, thus I arrived at 2.5 overall, and it resonates at 2 because Verizon nickel-and-dimed me to death, after charging me outrageous fees for an upgrade! I’m helping YOU, Verizon by upgrading my phone which helps you and your 5G Network! You should be offering me every incentive in the book, just to upgrade my phone, after charging me full-book price for what should’ve been an insurance replacement, and you can’t even offer trade-in value? Sorry for the lengthy review…bottom line,,,if you haven’t started with Verizon, don’t. You’ll be stuck with them forever, and I’d rather be stuck with the gas company than stuck with this phone company.

    Excellent service from Hailey, she was incredibly helpful and personable while getting our device set up! I may have spelled her name wrong, but give that woman a raise, it’s clear she loves her job and takes pride in her work.

    Upon arriving I was greeted at the door by Ian. He understood what I needed set me up right away and was very pleasant to work with , He with home Internet which is great hooked it up easily and it works perfect

    Horrible all Verizon stores are getting bad anymore.. I was flat out lied to When I asked if a new phone was coming out soon and I was told no. There’s no plans of any other phone in the near future and within less than 9 days they released a new phone. They told me that the s22.was the new note. Not even slightly comparable the phone is a disaster garbage? I wouldn’t infer purchase two phones worst experience i’ve ever had of verizon in twenty years. If you have verizon go to best buy at least you get customer service and people They’d actually know what they’re talking about. Stay away from the store and all the other horizons for that matter. Unlike normal your service will not work in eighty percent of the places that you go but it will show five g. Then when you call and talk to customer service or technical They tell you that you need a new phone even though yours is not even a month old.
