He was kind and I enjoyed having a conversation with him while he transferred my pictures and contacts and all of that. Very accommodating and very helpful if your new to the iPhone.   2. When I walked into Verizon I was only toying with the idea of getting a new phone and what would be an iPad. That’s when Brad walked me through all of my options – trading in, not trading in, starting a new line etc. He walked me through every single possibility and was very patient with me. Even with the IPhone 13 pros so hard to get he searched high and low and managed to find one. He set up my account, my new phone and old phone and I was out the door and no time! I am so happy that Brad was there to help me decide on a new phone, he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and so nice and patient. You won’t regret going to this Verizon!

  3. Candace helped us today (7-3-22) at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Verizon Store. We had 3 new IPhone13s that we didn’t set up properly and clearly needed help. My husband and I felt so fortunate to have been helped by Candace who was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. This was the best experience we’ve ever had at a Verizon Store and it will now be the store we go to with any cell phone needs Thank you Candace!

  4. My old Samsung Galaxy S10e was on its way out. Worked with a very nice young man to purchase new Samsung Galaxy S22. He was very thorough, patient, and not pushy. Even though the visit took a lot longer than expected, which was because I had over 1,000 photos to transfer in addition to many apps, he never lost his patience and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. His name was Michael Latempa.

  5. I was recently shopping in the Poughkeepsie galleria when I inadvertently left my phone on the counter of one of the stores in the mall. After going back to the store and them telling me that it was not there I went upstairs to the Verizon store and spoke with Jordan Frazier add another young gentleman, whose name I can’t recall. Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful. After exhausting several possibilities he suggested I go back to the store where I thought I left it and he would ping it until I got back upstairs. Bottom line, the phone was in the store where I had left it even though the cashier told me that no one had turned it in. I have used this store in the past upgrade my phone and I can’t speak more highly of the staff. I will be back in June to do another upgrade and Jordan will be my go to man.

    Just went to get an upgrade on my phone and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Also, want to give a thanks to Terrel for being attentive and staying after close to make sure my new phone was activated and ready to go. Definitely recommend!

    I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me in line, there are more than 5 employees floating around the store with the faces glued to ipads pretending to be busy. I do not recommend coming to this specific location at all, completely wasted my time waiting for assistance.

    If I could give this store and Tom a zero I would. My son went into upgrade his phone. He was told he was not an account manager and could not make any changes. I hopped on the app and quickly made him an account manager within one minute. 15 minutes later they said he was still not listed as an account manager. What Tom didn’t do was back out of the computer and refresh the page and go back into my account. If he had done that he would have seen the changes. Customer service and learning to do your job Tom would be helpful. Taking our business to the Verizon store on Dutchess turnpike. No issues at all, great service. Been a customer for 20 plus years. Will definitely be reporting this individual.

    Great Job Verizon for keeping us Safe. Although this business is a cell phone store and basically specialize in selling electronics , it was refreshing to see the lengths that this business went through to keep it’s staff and customers safe, but then you go into places that sell FOOD all day everyday and there’s No Hand Sanitizer. 🤔 In my humble opinion, what Verizon is doing to keep the public safe should be The Model for All businesses

    I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for decades. My niece and I visited the store to price an upgrade for her phone. The first thing I said to Rebecca, our salesperson, was “is she able to upgrade to something within the price range she is paying now?” Rebecca mentioned all these promos and trade-in credits and long story short told us my niece can get a phone, upgraded plan and a FREE apple watch for 89 CENTS more than what she pays now. Who could say no? The best part is that my niece’s birthday was a few days away, so I was so happy she could get all of this. I asked Rebecca if there was a fee to transfer the info from one phone to another. My husband and I recently got new phones and avoided the $35 fee for that by transferring information on our own. Rebecca told me there was no fee (lie #1, we were charged and she summed it up by saying it’s part of the initial fees). She also told me that the setup fee for the watch would be waived (lie #2, when my niece picked it up they wanted to charge her so she set it up herself). Remember the free watch (lie #3, I was charged, then credited, then told I had to pay the difference because the watch was the upgraded model not the free one. How would we know? Rebecca never mentioned it. She just asked what color my niece wanted.) Remember my niece would only pay 89 cents more for her new phone and plan (lie #4, she was accounting for discounts that are applied to everyone on my account not just my niece). In the end, my niece is paying double than what she was and if I knew ahead of time and had an honest salesperson, I would not have upgraded at this time. My niece makes minimum wage and cannot afford this unexpected monthly amount.

    Stopped into Verizon today to get some issues fixed on my phone and I dealt with a gentleman named Tony who was the manager at the time. It was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He had a great sense of humor he was very personable and all-around nice guy. I will not go to any Verizon store other than his in the future 😉👍🏼
