  3. My most favorite ace hardware in the entire world. It feels like a pocket sized version of Lowe’s, my friend said it was cute and I couldn’t agree more. They have an office upstairs, it feels like a Ace Headquarters for the people, it’s awesome. I’m not even in to masonry but I love getting my ac filters from this location and other things like keys etc

  4. Recently moved in to the area and have been incredibly impressed by the level of service and knowledge of the staff at Ace Hardware of West LA. Recently had a problem with an online order and Michelle, John and Wendy went out of their way to understand, work through and resolve the issue. Sincerely appreciate their assistance.   5. I passed by the store by accident, I went in to look for a Plumber’s tape that I had been planning to get, since I just recently installed a water filter, without the seal it’s leaking. So I went in without carrying any cash and cards with me (I went there after class, I don’t usually carry my wallet with me on a normal school day), not knowing that Apple Pay is not accepted (the machine can’t do pay wave), that puts me an awkward situation. And this very nice young man who works as a cashier in the next counter just came up and helped me pay it!! I was so grateful, I wanted to Venmo him back but he refused, so I said I’ll come back tomorrow to pay you in cash. And he said today is actually his last day working here. This guy just made my day, ACE you hired the right people, please treat your employees well.❤️ May god bless his kind soul, and wish him the best in everything he does his life.

    What a relief. A hardware store that actually has hardware. I can’t believe how relieved I was to finally find a true hardware store in the Valley. All of the “home” stores just don’t care about hardware and that’s really sad. This store is fantastic! They had the 5/16-24 socket head cap screw I needed and several other choices too. Love this place.

    We love this Ace Hardware for household items and plants even better when there used to be Orchard. Selection is great and you can find pretty much everything you’re looking for. Christmas decorations are fantastic!!!

    Adrianna and Jackie were so nice and helpful. They offered up exceptional customer service! They were knowledgeable and friendly. You don’t experience this kind of customer service at similar large hardware/home stores. I have made this Van Nuys Ace Hardware my go to place! Oh yes and this Ace had a hinge I was looking for that I couldn’t find at any other large store! Thank you VN Ace!

    Ace is one of the best hardware stores in the area. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I’m a novice home handyman and they’ve always been great in helping me find the right solution for every job. If you’re lucky to have Ed assist you, he is amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
