  1. Why go to the big box hardware stores?, what for the expert service and knowledge?? C’mon-If you like service, and I mean real service and expert advice, Ace hardware in Brickell is my, and should be your spot! Go in and ask for something as small as a few nuts, bolts, or nails and expect an employee to assist you until you have what you need. Knowledgeable employees that WANT you to succeed in your projects! Aisle after aisle filled with products you never thought they carried, as far as bartending supplies, and check out what I believe is one of the largest Yeti products around. This IS the store that truly knows what service means!

  2. Pretty impressed… at least 4 staff asked if I needed assistance. Most stores these days have problematic staff. Hardware stores keep the “friendly” in their service priorities.
    I wasn’t able to find what I needed; 4 ⭐️’s based on my not knowing enough of store.

  3. Great alternative to Home Depot in the Brickell area. Convenient location with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and it’s a great place to get what you need when you’re in a hurry and don’t want to drive far.
    Prices are great and the inventory is plentiful.

  4. They have helped me so much for preparing for new renters. They gave me great advice for what type of finish of paint to use for durability. What products to use for patching holes created in walls from the TVs. Even ordering products on a rush for no extra fee.

  5. Today I went and I want to highlight the wine of Mr. Hans who asked him for 10 different things and at no time did I decrease the quality of care, excellent. The rest of the attention is very good.

    branded Ace hardware. lots of stuff have no prices so watch out. when there’s no price don’t assume that it’s a normal price these days. fully stocked Ace hardware store. seems to be the standard company pricing. although the price of drywall screws went up 350% but I guess that’s universal. very disturbing that the price should go up 350%. they seem to be okay and fear. they got goods piled up everywhere which is a good thing. well-stocked is always a good thing as long as their base products are well-stocked which they seem to be. the nicest part about this store is they’re open till 8 p.m.

    They did not have a plumbing fitting I needed, so I asked if they could use two fittings to make the needed connection. I was still speaking when I was cut off by the clerk telling me to go to ACE hardware across the street. My friend, who is a man, went about 20 minutes later to ask because he really needed the repair done. He was helped to find the two fittings to complete the system and was able to purchase them. I really am unclear as to why I was refused service and treated rudely, but it really feels like it has to do with being a woman. Whatever the reason, I will never enter that store again.

    Love this place it has anything and everything and then some here. If you wanted you’ll probably could do your Christmas shopping here when I say everything they’ve got everything.

    Come by here once a week. Although a small store they have everything you need. A huge selection of items to choose from. The staff is extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They also had all hurricane supplies that most stores had run out of. Last time I was there a lovely young lady helped me and was just very bubbly and happy and willing to help. Most stores don’t have that. This is my first go to place for hardware stuff and more. Thanks Ace

    Such a south beach gem for locals. Small but they have everything. Most importantly the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Going to shop here for almost 20 years
