  1. Staff was nowhere to be found on the floor, the three I did find eventually were more interested in their joined conversation about personal matters than helping. Two others were pretending to stock shelves while playing on their phones. Several other customers were looking for help. Walked out the door, passed the cashier without even the slightest acknowledgment.

  4. David was very rude to me when trying to get a part for my project this morning. He got short with me when I asked for help and repeatedly stopped and talked to other customers even after he started walking to help with finding the part. He didn’t listen to what I was asking for help with and eventually sent me to a different store after I clarified 3 times what I was looking for. Not impressed at all. Wasted my time coming in here

    These guys almost always have the stuff you just can’t get at other hardware stores. Like one concrete anchor instead of a whole box when I only need one for the foreseeable future. Friendly and helpful, the employees are always around and rarely a long line to wait in.

    Just drove through lot this time, but ive shopped there many times , and they are a little pricey but they do have quality merchandise, and they still cut glass and repair some storm windows , and screens and thats a big PLUS in my book
