Placed an order online to go pick it up it said between 12-1 pm went at 12:30 I asked the cashier she says I have to wait because the lady in charge went out I waited 10 min I go to her and she is talking to the lady who tells her that she is not going to do the order that if I wanted the stuff I’ll have to do it by myself there I stay there acting like I didn’t hear her and she comes back and tells me that I need to cancel the order because her system doesn’t work I tell her no and she “tries” helping me out when I had to pick every item I order once again by myself and she was complaining in front of other customers like if it was my fault ,spent over an hour to get my stuff if online says the offer a service they should offer it if not just take it out and don’t make people waste their timeBy Jessica Fernandez (a year ago)Bad costumer service, the staff need to work more in their treatment with the costumer. A costumer enter to the store and he greet the workers because nobody greeted him. The cashier began to complain in a very bad way that she had to make a pick up when it time for her to leave in front of me the costumer. There are never carts in this location and if you do get one, the cashier people will get mad at you for touching it. I try to get 3 items or less every time I come because how am I supposed to carry all of my merchandise? The other day I went, I was carrying so much stuff that I dropped an item (food) I was carrying and it spread all over the floor/isle and it got messy, that is an inconvenience for both the customers and the owner of this location. This has been going on for months now.By Kiwiketchup (2 years ago)Staff was super polite and offered to help find what I was looking for. It was clean and neatly picked up. I love this store. I live 20 minutes away now, but still come here because I always enjoy it because of the employees. They recently remodeled it and I really like it! The manager there is awesome. He’s so friendly, caring and he remembers people’s faces so well! He really makes his customers feel at home in a way. They always have a bunch of awesome stuff for a big discount. This is my go-to store and is definitely worth rhe drive!
My favorite place, the store is clean, always good music, Variety of products and the workers are very nice, great for shopping.
It’s a Saturday in a big city and it was very crowded.
Staff very helpful but I left because I can go during the week when it’s not so crowded.
What a change. Its much better now and has lots of refrigerator with merchandise. We spoke to an employee who I believe is the boss. Was very sweet
Extremely unhelpful staff. They’ll be too lazy to pull out items from the back which are clearly visible or even operate numerous registers. Only time they do have numerous operators are when the lines are extremely long and only after an extended delay does one of the staff step in to help in. They have a self check out machine which is NEVER available until the prior situation occurs and one employee must manually help with all orders, defying the point of self service. Additionally the staff doesn’t know how to operate the machines for many functions without the manager and none of them speak ANY english besides the manager and security which are not always present. There’s constant delays because of issues such as this and the fact that items are constantly labeled incorrectly and when coming to the register most deals go unaccounted for without arguing with the staff. The staff will often not believe you on the deals and have you directly walk you to the item tag in the store, taking up time for all the other shoppers as they wait for someone to operate the register. Item bins are often completely incorrect as you search through the full bin of iPhone chargers you’ll come to find that none are actually even compatible. Additionally the staff treats you as a suspect the second you walk in and will begin to follow you as you shop and watch you or tell you to leave anything such as a scooter or bike by the front entrance (which has no bike locks and often no security) and have you rely on an elderly women to run after who ever may take your belongings as you’re shopping. This place is absolutely ridiculous and you will waste an excessive amount of time shopping here for your deals to be ignored anyways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
