  1. I was doing some shopping with my 5 year old daughter who is very well mannered. She stayed by my side the whole time. I needed dog treats, there were 4 employees standing directly in front of them. I expected them to at least stand to the side so my daughter and I could continue shopping but after barely passing them I heard who later I found out to be the manager , she followed me down the next isle talking under her breathe about “being polite and saying excuse me” ….. I have worked in retail my whole life. If a shopper needs something, I, as an employee have no problem letting them around to shop. I was upset and she embarrassed me while she was ranting indirectly. All other employees were very polite. But when I asked to complain, I was told that woman was in fact the manager. I wonder how she treats her employees

  3. There’s an old lady who is very mean and un professional who refused to check out a mom that her daughter was crying, telling the mom that she have to make her daughter stop crying or she well not chech her out

  5. Couldn’t find an employee for some help finding an item so I left.
    I called the store in hope that someone would answer the phone.
    I got the help I needed and went back into the store to the location where I could find my items.
    Happy ending.

    Definitely the worst Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited. Very low inventory throughout the store, and every shelf was disheveled and disorganized. Felt like picking through a garage sale after they’ve sold almost everything. The gal behind me in line said it’s always like this, and she anyways feels like they’re just about to go out of business. It’s not a universal supply issue – other Dollar Trees in Omaha are in much better shape. Seems like poor inventory management and lack of staff/labor to keep shelves organized.

    It’s personal personally not that bad the workers are nice and helpful and they have improved inventory wise and they have the dollar tree plus stuff which is great.

    This is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been to. The customer service is nonexistent. I understand the store policies may be that there are no public restrooms but some common courtesy could go a long way. My six year old son had to go potty really bad. I asked the cashier if there was a restroom he could use and that I would stand outside and wait for him. I was told with an attitude and an eye roll to take him next door. Which is a CSL Plasma center (not a kid friendly place.) I tried talking to the manager but her response when I asked if she was the manager was ” I am for now….” Thankfully the plasma centers staff was super friendly and helpful and explained he could go ahead this time and use it before he had an accident but that there are to be no kids in the center. Needless to say I will never go back to this location (90th and Maple in Omaha.) With the raise in the “dollar tree” prices I would rather go to dollar general and pay roughly the same price for way better service.

    My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom and once we entered the restroom I suddenly realized why they keep them locked. The store is always dirty but their restrooms are a risk to public health. I will never go back. I had to suspend my 3 year old over the sink because I didn’t dare touch anything for fear of catching something. I asked the manager if they ever cleaned the restrooms and he said “when someone says something” I told him that is not okay and they were a hazard to public safety. Absolutely shameful, the managers should be fired. I went online to see if I could send the information in to someone to get this resolved and SURPRISE there is nowhere on the website that allows you to contact them with concerns.

    store hours say 9am-9pm and at 817pm is closed, this is not right, change times if you are not doing what you have on google or on the store as working hours
